Carl and Micah did an excellent job repairing a leak in our sump pump piping .Had this not been repaired the water would have been coming back into our sump pump and possibly back into our house. Legacy Plumbing will not disappoint.

This is my first time ever needing to call, and rely on a plumber to work in my home. I had to google search for one as I'm new to the area still, and I came across Legacy Plumbing. I saw all the great reviews so I gave them a call and I was connected with Chandler Klemetson. After a brief conversation we agreed he should come out that night and assess my issues. After checking it out, he was able to give me a quote and suggest options to me right there at the job site. After that evening, I got a call to have someone come out, and thankfully Chandler was available that following morning immediately. He came over at 9am this morning (2/14/22) and got right to work. He installed a new sink fixture, brand new drains, new piping system, brand new garbage disposal, and he cleaned my drain out 50' from where my sink was. He was incredibly professional, could walk me through every step, explained every product to me as he installed it, and was just very knowledgeable in general. Im very pleased with how smooth the installation went, and how well they cleaned up afterwards. If anyone ever needs any plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company, and please ask for Chandler as I personally recommend him.

TFW you drop makeup down the toilet just as it’s flushing. Shock turned into despair as the tube became stuck somewhere within the innards of the porcelain throne. I have called on Legacy to help us at our home before and didn’t hesitate to call after a weekend of plunging and auguring with no success.

Within 30mins of calling, I had the good fortune of getting a very early appointment and Drew D. Came to my home. He was wonderful in communicating what needed to be done and how pricing would work. It made it easy to create a plan of attack to get the object dislodged. He was very patient in dealing with the unofficial supervisor that my toddler became and identified another serious problem we had with our water valve as well.

The makeup tube was removed, the toilet replaced and a new water valve installed. He was very thorough and professional and that is much appreciated. Legacy is doing some work for me in May to replace a broken sewage line and I’m so glad I can trust them to help and be affordable even when my bad luck causes a serious plumbing disruption.

Tyler was very professional and courteous. We asked him to do some extra work and he did it no questions asked.we are very satisfied with his work

Called on a friends recommendation. Could not be more pleased after a plumbing back up..needed experienced crew for older home repair and diagnosis. Spencer and partner were amazing and took time to explain and make a plan for a repair and what we need in the spring. Very professional and quick response. We wont be using any other service. We hired Legacy Plumbing for what we thought would be a quick project and it ended up being bigger than we thought. Tyler was super patient and professional to work with on our specific issue! He also spent a good amount of time cleaning up which we really appreciated.

Sump crumped after hours ( of coarse..) Called Legacy and was lucky enough to hav Drew Davidson answer the call. His Service, professionalism and personality were all on point. Took the time to explain everything ( including prices) upfront... 5 stars across the board.. Will definitely call again if another issue occurs.
