Gordon with Legacy plumbing did a fantastic job replacing two frost proof faucets that were leaking outside of my house. I called and set up an appointment just a couple days away. They were very pleasant and answered questions that I had. Gordon showed up on time and was friendly and professional. One of my faucet lines was tricky to get to with how my house was designed, but he did a great job and the results were perfect. I would certainly use this company again and would highly recommend.

I heard about Legacy Plumbing and their legendary customer service through trusted connections. I was not disappointed! They were quick to coordinate a time to come out, and were very clear all throughout in their communications.

Tyler did an excellent job installing our new toilet and dishwasher, and kept me in the loop about the process all the way through. He also called in John to consult on installing a tankless water heater, who was tremendously helpful on that front. He also noticed that our HVAC needed servicing and coordinated Conner coming out the day following to take care of that.

Conner was very helpful even though he had to deliver bad news about the state of our cooling system. He gave us all the options with good comparisons and helpful advice.

All in all, a reliable and friendly team!

NORA and CHANDLER did a fantastic job today removing the old water heater, installing a new water heater,and fixing the shoddy pipes under our kitchen in our home that was not well maintained by previous owners. Since the previous owners didn't properly care for their home we have had to have many plumbing issues fixed since we purchased the home.

Our new water heater looks awesome. The kitchen faucet and pipes underneath look great too. Very clean looking.

This is our third time using Legacy Plumbing. I have always had an awesome experience no matter what the issue was, big or small.

I am happy to pay reasonable, higher prices for the consistency from Legacy,and my ability to trust this company.

I have called around in the past to different plumbers, but nobody else in the area, in my opinion matches the responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism.

Had legacy plumbing out to install my new double sink bathroom vanity. I went from a single to a double and was pretty stressed out about the whole project until I called and talked to the guys with legacy plumbing. They made me feel at ease and comfortable and confident with the project. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the plumbing itself but as good of a job installing the vanity, backsplash, faucets etc. I am a pretty particular person and I have absolutely no complaints and could not be happier that I chose legacy plumbing. They even drove from Fargo to Valley city to do my job. Money well spent!

Called Legacy on Friday morning because I discovered a leak coming from the pipes for my sump pump to pump water outside the house. They came over early Friday afternoon and from call to repair it only took a couple hours. Working with Chandler was very easy as he explained everything he wanted to do and was great at answering all the questions I had as I watched him work. Highly recommend their service and I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

I recently had an estimate from this plumber and was told that I would need to replace several faucets in my home for $500 per unit after a faulty water softener was installed (different company did the water softener). I was told that the plumber could not restore functioning in any of my faucets and that basically everything would need replaced and it would be thousands of dollars. I called a more reliable plumber I trust to get a second opinion… he fixed all faucets within minutes and didn’t charge me because it was such a quick fix.

I would never trust this company after this experience. Only gave two stars because the guy gave me a “discount” on coming out to look at everything since he was unable to do the job.

Legacy Plumbing will always be my first call for any and all plumbing related services. Last Friday, Abraham responded promptly to a challenging plumbing situation and worked quickly to find and diagnose a number of serious issues in a large apartment building we manage. He applied his extensive knowledge of plumbing to provide a comprehensive solution to the problem at hand and he quoted a reasonable price for repairs up front. Abraham worked diligently and efficiently to execute multiple repairs in the building and ultimately remedy all issues requiring attention. After the work was completed, he was very thorough in cleaning up all areas in which work was completed.

Abraham's positive attitude, work ethic, and plumbing expertise are an outstanding representation of Legacy Plumbing as a company, and my experience on Friday was consistent with every other instance in which I've had the pleasure of giving Legacy Plumbing our business.

Drew got to my house within half an hour--on a Sunday--on a holiday weekend--to replace a failed bathtub faucet cartridge. He quoted every cost beforehand, walked me through everything he was doing, and was absolutely a lifesaver. First person I'm calling the next time a faucet starts acting up!

Legacy Plumbing sent Chandler out to investigate a leak from our outside faucet. Other plumbing companies wanted us to wait 4-7 days for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the appropriate repairs. He also updated our sump pump. Chandler was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions on products without being pushy.
