Nora arrived just 15 minutes after my service request, assessed the situation, presented and explained my options and got the job done correctly all while keeping my home clean. It was as pleasurable as a plumbing experience can be and I'll always call Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing (or HVAC!) problem!

Our utility sink backed up this morning and flooded my laundry room. I was in a panic and called Legacy in hopes someone could find the problem. Tyler came out promptly, listened to our concerns and even checked on our shower. Thank god he did as our old copper pipe was about to be completely corroded. He stayed much later to go beyond what we expected. Would recommend them to anyone!

Tyler Smith showed up same day as I called in to take a look at my sump pump. Although I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger he presented multiple options for replacement and explained it to me in a way I could understand! When I'm ready to upgrade the sump pump I will no doubt be calling Legacy back and asking for Tyler.

Legacy was able to fit me in for water heater service right away. Lucas and Conner were professional and explained the service process and best practices to keep equipment in top condition.

Gordon did a wonderful job giving clear estimates for several projects around my home and then as soon as I approved the work, he took care of everything the same morning. He was very professional and timely and I'm happy with the quality of work.

Chandler was awesome! Arrived after calling. Polite and explained my options very well. Easy to understand exactly what he was going to do. Showed me in detail what he did, how to maintain, and what to do if I have issues or concerns in the future.

Jon initially came out to our house for a free estimate. They scheduled our estimate for literally the next day! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He gave us our estimate and followed-up with us. When I reached out a few months later he was able to get us in the very next day. Chandler came to our home and installed everything for us!! He is AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and he even cleaned up (not a lot of people do in my experience). His work is very neat and well done. I am very pleased with our experience and will be using legacy for any future needs. We will also be referring them to anyone and everyone!! I am a very hard person to please as I believe in hardworking individuals that have outstanding customer service and craftsmanship and in today’s day and age that is super hard to find.
