Drew recently installed a new duel pump, battery back up system in my home. He was on time, polite and completed the job in a timely matter. When I asked questions on the installation and related plumbing, he answered them too. I had no problems with this job and would recommend Legacy Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Drew was phenomenal to work with as well as Sydney! I would highly recommend, they are excellent to work with as well as everyone at Legacy, This happened the morning we were taking off for my God Daughters shower 3 hours away. Called Legacy and Drew was here in 45 minutes. I told him the situation and he got to work and in couple hours we were up and running!! We have also worked with Sydney at legacy as well. Both time we received a prompt response, a fair price and detailed courteous service. We are a very happy Client!

Drew and Micah were very professional coming into our home for a shower faucet repair. They came promptly when they said they’d be here and communicated to us where they were with the process. The gentlemen were very organized and cleaned up after themselves too. Definitely would recommend these guys and Legacy Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

That evening we were trying to do some work in the bathroom and inadvertently made a hole in the water pipe in the ceiling. We called Legacy Plumbing again, it was after hours and Carl came. He was professional and was able to fix the issue quickly. He told us options and the costs before starting so there were no surprises. We were pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Carl.

After our initial work was completed our washer would not drain and flooded our floor. We called Legacy and they came right out. This time Chandler and Spenser came out. Both were professional and methodical to find the issues. In the process they also related that our ejector pit needed a new pump. Options and costs were explained before starting the work so there were no surprises. They were respectful of our home, removing their shoes and cleaning up afterwards. They did a GREAT job and we were very pleased!! I would most definitely recommend them.

We hired Legacy Plumbing to replace a tub and surround in our basement. The plumbing was not up to code so they had to jack hammer to bring it up to code. In addition, they replaced the shut off valves in three bathrooms. The had to replace the drain pipe from the upstairs tub and shower. They also replaced all of the trim (shower, faucet, and back plate) in all three bathrooms. They added grab bars to the new tub and shower. In addition, they added a Reverse Osmosis water system. Finally, they added an outside water faucet.

It was a big project that took 31/2 days. Matt was the lead plumber who was here every day. In addition Brent, Tanner, and Dallas were here helping. All four were EXCELLENT! We have a small dog and all were good to her. They came when they said they would be here and cleaned up after themselves each day. They used drop cloths to protect our floors as much as possible. Our house was built in 1977 and there were challenges. Also, we added some things to the project. With each step they explained what was needed and the cost. The work that they have done looks great. The final cost was close to the bid and there were no surprises. We couldn't be more pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Legacy Plumbing.

We have had Legacy Plumbing come before to replace our water heater and fix a toilet. They were very good with those service calls as well.

Drew was an absolute rockstar. He was helpful and explained each service/repair needed. One thing lead to another and pretty soon he had spent his whole afternoon at our place fixing/replacing things. He was patient and professional as I asked questions. We’re very pleased with the service he offered and we know the repairs made were necessary and done the right way.

My drain started backing up late in the day. They showed up as soon as they could. Chandler was very professional and explained what my options were. He even took care of another issue I was having before he left. Excellent service.

Great service all around! Gordon recently replaced my old sump pump and I couldn't be happier! He was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had for him about the installation process. Thanks again Gordon!

A few weeks ago, my garbage disposal backed up and flooded my kitchen. Within an hour of calling, Drew & Nora were on the scene, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and very kind! I have had no problems since, and would highly recommend!

I had Legacy Plumbing come out to my rental property to install a new sump pump. I needed to work around tenant schedules and Legacy went out of their way to make a time slot work for them as well as myself. Drew was the plumber on site and was very easy to work with. He finished the job efficiently and left zero mess. He also took the time to shovel out the sump pump hose area, so that any discharge would not freeze and put stress on the recently installed sump pump. Above and beyond expectations as always from Drew and Legacy.

My brother recommended Legacy Plumbing when told him I was looking at replacing my water heater and I'm very glad he did! Getting on their service schedule was quick and painless. Drew performed the install and was friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and most importantly, did great work. I was unsure on the size/type of water heater to go with so Drew quoted a number of options and provided his professional opinion (based on the size of my house and details I provided) without being sales-y. In addition to the water heater, Drew also performed some miscellaneous water plumbing and removed an old water softener. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any residential plumbing needs.
