I am so impressed with Legacy Plumbing! The staff was very helpful when I called and got Nora out right away. Nora did a fantastic job walking me through the process. She went the extra mile! When she later thought of another thing to look at in my rental property, she texted me letting me know she wanted to try something and it was exactly the fix we needed! She also texted me the next day with something she noticed at the property! She had such great communication! Will definitely be using Legacy as my go to vendor for my rental property repairs!!

We have so much snow here and the melt is going to be quick. I had no idea how old my sump pump was because it came with the house. Flooding is a concern this spring.
Called at noon to set up a sump pump check and they swung by at 2! By 5, my eroded sump pump was replaced along with a battery backup and they checked the water heater and faucets for water pressure, fixed a few other things. Really good people.

I believe great service should be recognized and shared. Very impressed with Lucas and Gordon and the entire Legacy experience.

We had an issue with our sewer backing up. I called another company who said they couldn't help until tomorrow, even though it was emergent. I called Legacy and they said someone should be over within 2 hours. Ten minutes later, Tyler called me and said he was on his way. He literally saved the day. He was pleasant, professional, and showed me the issue on the camera. Would recommend to anyone.

We needed our basement drain cleaned on a Saturday morning and Lucas was at our house within 30 minutes. He was so great to worth with. Friendly, professional and explained everything really well. We have used Legacy plumbing twice now and will now use the for all of our plumbing needs as their service has been so much better than others we’ve used.

5/12/23: Conor came and performed a check-up on our furnace & AC unit. He was clean and courteous and did a great job of explaining!

3/16/23: Gordon & Lucas were absolutely wonderful to work with to (unexpectedly) replace our water heater when I discovered it leaking this morning. We have used Legacy 3 times before this and each time the technicians have been awesome! They are good at explaining, polite, and clean up after themselves. You never feel like they are rushing or pressuring you.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink over the weekend so I called around Monday hoping someone could come on short notice. Tyler was at my house within 40 minutes of calling to clean the clog and replace our garbage disposal. He worked quickly and efficiently and got everything cleaned up before noon!

We called Legacy for the first time to repair an under sink leak and to replace valves. Drew Davidson was there within the hour and quickly and efficiently assessed and fixed the problem! Very satisfied with his work and the reasonable price… which he explained before he began… we’ll be calling Legacy next time we need plumbing work done!

Called at 11:00 am on a Friday and a fantastic technician, Tyler, was scheduled for the same day at 1:00. Tyler was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all very pleasant and nice! He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up the area very nicely. The new sump pump and battery back up is great. I cannot recommend Legacy, and Tyler, highly enough!

I called Legacy Plumbing for an AC check and Trevor and Connor came out for the job. They were quick, efficient and professional, and let us know what needed to be done without trying to sell us unneeded extras. I appreciate their hard work and will definitely hire Legacy again!

Legacy sent a plumber out right away when my sump pump malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. From the first phone call to the plumber showing up at my house, they were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tyler did a great job explaining the new sump pump to me and the differences it had from our prior sump pump. He did so in a way that was respectful and thoughtful - he didn’t make me feel uninformed. Thank you, Tyler and Legacy Plumbing :)
