Not only did he get out to our business right away, but he identified the problem quickly and resolved our issue fast in order to get us up and running again at a reasonable rate. Chandler did an amazing job installing our sump pump. Our original sump pump has quit working and was full of water. Chandler from Legacy came over and gave us a couple of options that included a battery back up. Chandler was very kind and professional. I would strongly recommend Legacy plumbing and I would ask for Chandler.

May 2023 -- Conner and Lucas called as they were available early. They arrived quickly and did a thorough job of assessing the problem (the previous worker had done the wiring incorrectly) and the AC is set up and working now! Legacy is great to work with and take the time to answer questions and explain things! I highly recommend them!

Gordon and Micah from Legacy showed up before 8 a.m., completely explained what all was to be done and they were finished by 3 pm. When they encountered something that necessitated a change, they presented the situation clearly, and were open to alternatives. When they finished, they went over the operation of the new pumps, and answered all of my questions. A thoroughly professional job that has me feeling a bit more comfortable with the coming spring thaw! Thank you!

Johnny Olivera did an outstanding job installing two propane gas water heaters two years ago. Today, he returned to replace a malfunctioning regulator valve and burner assembly under warranty. The regulator valve was a different model number, so he called back to his office and waited for the manufacturer's confirmation that the replacement valve was authorized for use. His due diligence was impressive. He always takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure to get the job done right.

I'll be using Legacy for all my plumbing needs.

I have had Legacy Plumbing do a good amount of work at my house. Always professional, responsive and do great work. Friday I called about furnace exhaust and Connor and Lucas were there in less than an hour and took care of what I needed. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the work they did and the time they did it in. Will always use Legacy.

Mica and Drew were phenomenal in getting our sewer pipe replaced in a timely manner. Rob and Brad are great owners, and it shows all the way through the company. Jon has always been great to work with and JT is about as awesome as it gets! Brenda and Courtney are rock stars! They are always on the ball and have a high level of service. Cole is the man! I love working with that guy. He definitely takes service to the next level, and I can guarantee that 100%. I have the privilege of working with Carl, Josh, Matt, Brent, and Jason on a regular basis as they handle the plumbing work on most my remodel projects. Drew and Nora were amazing! They were both very nice and professional. Our water heater went out on a Sunday so we called Legacy and they arrived quickly. They had a new one installed and removed our old one all in that same day. I couldn't recommend them more!
