Installed generator. The installation team and office personnel were very professional and polite. The service personnel kept me informed as to when they were cutting off the power. They waited until I completed something I was doing on the internet before cutting off the power to the house. Keith was my service technician and he did a superb job. He called before arriving, was very motivated and professional with an overall check and maintenance. He's also very knowledgeable with HVAC and instructed me on setting my thermostats which I requested.
Today Ernie was our technician. He was wonderful! He did our annual air service. The capacitor needed replacing and he took the time to explain why and what would happen if we waited until it completely went out. I was grateful as my husband is very sensitive to heat and we have to have our air conditioner working, especially in the middle of the summer heat! Ernie was so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been very happy with Logan since we switched to them.

Company who originally installed my unit sent a technician out who attempted to sell me a $2,000.00 compressor. All I needed was 2 new fuses. I called the owner and let him know and that I would no longer do business with them.
Michael the maintenance technician, and Logan communicated extremely well prior to the appointment time. Michael was very prompt; wore a protective mask and foot coverings; was very courteous and respectful; performed an extremely thorough and professional maintenance service; was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions; and is an outstanding representative of a great, customer oriented business. It would be wonderful if all businesses provided the same exceptional overall level of service to their customers. Logan is simply the best!
We’ve had Logan maintain and service the original HVAC system in our guest house for over twenty-five years . In all that time, we have been pleased with their service and responsiveness to any questions or issues we have had. Everyone at Logan, from the office folks to the techs, treats us like family. I’ve been a customer of Logan’s for over 10 years and while I have always had great service I’m so complexed but all the changes with pricing and not getting itemized receipts. I purchased a new HVAC system in November of 2020 after having one for over 25+ years. I never spent over $400 on my old unit and had many issues in the final years until it’s end. Now 1 year and 3 months after purchasing a whole new unit from Logan’s it cost over $500 to fix heating strip going bad. After paying the initial fee for the drivers gas to come to my house, diagnosis the issue, and time spent diagnosing I paid $233. The part was supposedly covered under warranty, but I paid another $300 for the tech to go back to get the part and install within 45 mins. I’m sure the quality of these HVAC are poor like everything else being made these days but this is ridiculous. I normally have the service contract, but failed to add it in time for 2021 since I had a brand new system but that would have only saved me $50 bucks. My services was Wed and I called Logan’s Thurs requesting a itemized receipt for my services and still have not received it. The tech said the parts was under warranty but I don’t even have a warranty information from purchasing the HVAC so all I have to go on is their word. You previously would get receipts day of service, so with the technology and software in 2022 they should be able to produce receipts more timely for services. I’m still contemplating if this is the right company to continue a service with.
