Brandon with Cape Fear Heating and Air in Raleigh has helped me multiple times now with my old AC/Furnace unit. I am the type who annoyingly shadows any tradesman and asks questions about everything. Brandon has not only fixed the issues and kept my costs fair and reasonable, he's helped me learn for the future by answering all of my questions and makes certain I'm aware of the steps he's taking to fix the problems. Installion day, wao! David, Max, and Erick came on that morning with a weather that was 40 degrees, nasty rain, slit and frigid cold wind, they push the customers service 1000 percent, work tirelessly even without a lunch break, just getting our system up and running, they give the extra mile, re-placing the entire system! And even having little troubles they did and exceed my expectation! They do care! Also they took the time to also show us the entire installation and explain the system and capabilities of such, what a team!

I took my hat off too them and commend them for the work they did! I recommend this company too all and especially this great team of David, Max, and Erick.

Kevin was hugely helpful, despite the system being complex, he went through multiple tests to locate the issue, he explained everything as he went. Very impressed with this company will be back.

The other day I turned on my AC for the first time this year and it seemed to be fine. After a few days passed I noticed the machine was acting up. It seemed as if it was working too hard and kept cutting on and off. I called Cape Fear and they sent Austin, Joe, & Kenny out to fix they issue. These guys were great, they diagnosed the problem and had the system fixed within a few hours.

We have been through several HVAC companies in the past few years trying to solve issues with two relatively new HVAC systems. Cape Fear is by far the best we have found. Stephen tracks down causes like a hound dog and Kelly is so pleasant to work with for scheduling. So glad we found Cape Fear!
