Cape Fear does a terrific job each time they come out whether it's for maintenance or new installations. The technicians are top notch especially Kevin B. Kevin did the maintenance service on one of the units today and did an amazing job. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and shared a few good tips for prolonging the legevity of the units. He answered all my questions and genuinely cared about doing a great job. A+ for Cape Fear.

THE BEST. You may find a little cheaper, but in this case you get what you pay for. Experts from top to bottom, efficiency from top to bottom. Starting with signing papework all the way to complete cleanup the entire job was great❣️

Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I highly recommend Cape Fear, and thanks again Kevin!

I have used Cape Fear for over ten years now. And I can’t say enough good things about Rodney. He is a senior technician for them. He is very knowledgeable and posses great professionalism. I have to mention that my Trane system is a very complex machine. it has a computer, Wi-Fi and it has a variable speed compressor and air handler. Upon demand the compressor and air handler turns on at 1/10 of 1%. It’s the quietest system I’ve ever seen. True comfort. The skill and care that Rodney shows is what makes all the difference for me on choosing Cape Fear!

Amazing service! Fixed our ac unit same day. Kevin Blasingim did an excellent job. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. Would definitely recommend!

AC checkup. Kevin found everything in order. No repairs needed. Kevin was friendly and very knowledgeable. I used to do HVAC work so I know what to look for. I was also impressed with the high tech equipment. I have already scheduled the fall checkup.

Cape Fear Air Raileigh. I really like working with them. Them are quick and responsible. They pick phone calls quickly and took my matter as important. The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.

Had my unit serviced today by Cape Fear, the tech James was great and very professional. We appreciate him keeping our system running and ready to keep us cool this summer!

Heat went out over the weekend so we made a request for service for Monday. They contacted us and gave us and appointment for 10-12am. James arrived by 10 and identified the issue quickly. He was able to check on part inventory, pick up the part and get the repair finished by 1:15. The Heat is On :)
