My flame in my gas heater wouldn't stay on. Of course, it happened on a weekend, so I called the emergency number and Colby Dennis picked up the call right away. He came out within the hour and fixed the furnace. Luckily, it was a simple fi, so had heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Colby Dennis was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this local small North Carolina, business.

We want to check out our 15-year - old air conditioner and heater. From the comfort of the home, the big Nike was prompt, polite and very professional. He took the time and examined everything perfectly and said that everything was going well! I was mourning! I was expecting a list of things to fix, but he didn't say the system was old and no problem. Highly recommended!

My overall impression of the HVAC Service Solutions is just fine. We requested a visit from their expert for a boiler checkup. It has a little-little leak, and I knew, from my previous experience with these systems, that it was only the beginning of the disaster. He tightened some pipes, and checked the thermostat for its optimal running. The problem was fixed within 40-50 minutes. Thanks.

I first used the 6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration yesterday for an emergency water heater replacement at a rental property. I called around 8am, and they told Nick to come out before lunch. Nick is awesome. Very friendly, genuine and lovely man who clearly knows his stuff. They value my time and let me go about my day while work is done.
