6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration - Raleigh designed and installed a natural ventilation system for our office. Working closely with our team of employees, work is done with care, caution, and on time. We found every team member to be approachable and professional. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We just had our HVAC replaced by Chris, Blake, and Dakota and, not only were they incredibly efficient with the installation, they were also very polite and knowledgeable (I’m a bit overly curious sometimes).

Beyond the installation itself, Jesse was very responsive, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. He was here to check in the morning of the installation, stopped by afterwards to answer any lingering questions, and even helped to make sure everything was up and running prior to the Thanksgiving holiday (there was less than a week between the maintenance inspection and installation)!

All of that is to say, thank you all for your time and efforts! We are very grateful!

I was previous customer at RS Mechanical and had 6 and Fix provide maintenance to my two units. This is the first time I had maintenance since the two companies joined, and my technician Ty was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, he was very thorough and kept me updated on the health of my units with pictures!

Came very quickly (in 20 minutes) to rescue us when our key got jammed in our front door lock and the barrel would not turn. He removed the key and realigned the barrel. He was courteous and very helpful

Great job with my dishwasher and laundry sink installations and other plumbing repairs. He stayed late to finish the job, thoroughly tested and inspected all of his work, and cleaned up very well. I couldn’t be happier!

The install was quick and he reviewed the options we discussed at the beginning of the appointment, in the case we wanted to complete the remainder of the work at a later date. The crew were very professional, knowledgeable and made the process a breeze.
