They were able to find the part we needed locally and fix it with same day service. This is a hard working, honest company that deserves your business.

Called them to come out during a cold snap and they rearranged their schedule to help. Very professional, on time, and it was a quick install. Will use this company all the time now.

Joel and Andrew have been great. We had a very bad experience with our home warranty company, but All Hours Heating & Air have been a god send. Our AC units have lots of issues and they have been quick and responsive to all of my calls and texts for help. We have survived the Summer because of them.

When both our upstairs and downstairs units went out in the same week, Joel responded to our diagnostic request within 1 hour of placing the call. He spent the day diagnosing the issues with both units, presented repair / replacement options and ballpark price estimates. After a clear explanation of the problems, solutions, and options to choose from we ended up repairing the upstairs unit. It just had a refrigerant leak (when parts from the manufacturer were not available, they still presented a workable solution and to work around the unavailable part). That unit was back up and running same day. The downstairs unit was very old, the air handler and components rusting out. All Hours provided like for like new unit pricing same day (Friday). New unit was delivered Monday and the crew completed tear down of the old and installation of the new in 1 day. Joel was honest and professional, got the job done quickly. I will certainly use All Hours Heating & Air Conditioning again - we are now scheduled for bi-annual maintenance and inspection to be sure the units run well for many years to come.

Joel is the best! He is very caring and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done quickly and correctly. He has responded within minutes of reaching out to him. We are proud of Joel for stepping out on his own and doing such an outstanding job.

I received text confirmation of who was coming over. And en route to my house. JOEL came out. I told him. I have pets and i am a Vet so lets get this a.c. started.

We used Joel to replace our hvac coil and we can gladly say that we are thoroughly pleased with the results. Joel was honest and extremely professional.
