I am extremely pleased with this business. From the initial phone call to finishing the install, I’ve never dealt with a more professional trade company. They replaced both of my units and upgraded my thermostat. The workers were professional, respectful of my home, and walked me through the features of the new system with patience. I have finally found my go-to hvac company!

Been having an issue with A/C working but not really cooling the house on hot days and creeping up 8 degrees or more. After having a few companies out to check system they all said everything working great, but still had the problem. Upon friends suggestion I was told to call All Hours to check it out. After about 5 minutes, Jerry found the problem. He still took the time to check out the rest of the system but found all was good except for the failed damper. Very impressed with his system knowledge and thoroughness when providing service. System is running great now and wife is cool and happy.

Small business, honest, great work and very quick, actually the same day. A business needs quick service.

My AC died on Friday. I got a recommendation for Joel Saturday morning. I called and he came out that afternoon and took a look. The evaporator coil was done, 19 years old. He gave me several options. I chose to replace the coil and the outside compressor unit, since it was also 19 years old. He was back yesterday , Wednesday, to remove the old equipment and install the new. The installation looks good and is running great.

I cannot thank Joel enough, he did a job for me no one else wanted too. Cutting a big hole through your own house wall is a daunting thought without professional know how - I had reached out to over 10 different companies and had been ghosted multiple times before even getting quotes or inspections. After finally finding Joel he came out the same day and gave me a quote and a date he could start.

The work itself is excellent, he knew exactly what he needed to do and how to do it while explaining the entire operation start to finish including any difficulties he may run into. You can tell Joel takes pride in his work as if it was his own house and comes off as extremely sincere. The work site was left spotless as it was before he started and he charged me a reasonable price I was more than happy to pay considering the work he had done and me finally getting this job taken care off. Afterwards Joel thoroughly inspected and gave me great advice on another issue I had concerns about all on his own time.

Joel was very professional, an excellent communicator and thorough.He listened to my description of the problem. Then he systematically went through system diagnosis, explaining as he went along.
He offered reasonable recommendations. There was no “sales pitch” for expensive parts or a new system. I will definitely use him again, and I’ll definitely be sharing my experience with friends.

Joel came out to repair my heat. He’s very personable, thoughtful, and kind. He explained everything that needed to be done and went over options to achieve that result. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I highly recommend him and will continue using him for any future issues and installations.

I called Joel late Monday afternoon after realizing our AC had quit working. I had previously called another company who could not come out until the next day. With today being one of the hottest days of the year, I was so thankful he was able to make time to come out to repair our unit. He was personable and professional. We will definitely be reaching out for routine maintenance going forward. 10/10 would recommend!

Joel let me know when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. This was his first time servicing our system since I decided to switch who I was using. He looked over the system and pointed out some items of concern and what to keep an eye on until the next maintenance window. He took pictures to show me and help me better understand the concerns he was explaining. Great experience and highly recommend!

Joel and All Hours were great. Our upstairs AC stopped working and our home warranty company contracted with them to do the repair. He arrived right on schedule and let me know it would need to be completely replaced. He was very communicative through the whole process and once the replacement parts arrived he had us back up and running right away.

We would definitely use them again in the future.
