This HVAC company is superb! After purchasing a home we wanted an assessment of our HVAC system. We first called the prior owner’s HVAC company; it had no time for us, said they would call me back - never did.
Being new to the state and area we happened to leaf through a local magazine. Penguin Air had an ad and I called. Yes, as advertised! Friendly, helpful, interested in my pursuit.Lindsey is a wonderful asset to this locally small company. Eric came out as promised, evaluated our 2003 HVAC dual system and proposed a package we simply could not turn aside. Installation crew was great, kept area clean and the 2-day job buttoned up in time!
Don’t bother looking elsewhere. Penguin earns your business and delivers top quality equipment at phenomenal prices. It has certainly earned my respect and future care. Great job, Penguin!

100% recommend this company for heating and cooling needs. We have had to call them for both, and both times they came out the SAME day and made sure we were set. The first time was with blistering hot weather over the summer and they helped us out. This time we had a warranty on our home and used the company sent by the warranty, only to have Penguin come out and fix the other company's mess up and had left us with no heat. We called Penguin again knowing that we are expecting significantly cold weather and snow. Penguin came out the same day again and made sure everything was in proper working order. Christian was our technician and he was literally the nicest, most professional worker. Thank you Penguin Air!!!!

I have used Penguin Air several times and the technicians have always been extremely helpful, curteous and professional. The technician just left my house after a Sunday service call that took him almost 2 hours of work to fix 2 A/C units. He spent the time to ensure the job was not only done right but was the most economical. I strongly recommend them for your HVAC needs. This company is also locally owned and operated as opposed to those large franchises, so you get that personal touch!

This is my 2nd time using Penguin Air Cooling and their office and maintenance staff are great. I am not one to give 5 stars just to anyone but Penguin Air Cooling gets 5 out 5 star rating for their excellent customer service and excellent detail explanation of diagnostic and repairs done by maintenance techs. True professionals

Randy and his crew did a fabulous job. They were prompt, neat and tidy. They installed a complete heating and cooling system for a very reasonable price. They were highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint.

I've had a number of bad experiences with HVAC groups but this one stands on its own. These guys are terrific and would highly recommend their services. They are professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly, honest. Thanks guys.

We are very happy with the HVAC Penguin installed in our 2200 sf basement which we were finishing. They were timely and professional and courteous with the other contractors we had onsite. Everything went smoothly.
