We have to RAVE here about the service we received from Penguin Air. Erik came out and gave us a amazing price for 2 AC units and a heating unit. He and his team of 2 did an outstanding job installing and also cleaning up after work work was completed. If you are in the need of heating or air, these are the guys to call. Penguin get 5 stars from me. If I could give 10 starts I would. You will NOT be dissapointed.

We've used Penguin a few times over r course of our ten years here and they are always amazing. Today was a busy day for them as it was the first time a lot of us turned on our heat and they still got a repairman out to me within 2 hours of calling them. I never feel overcharged or taken advantage of. The techs are professional and polite.

I had a great Technician, Jake, come out within a day of calling. The problem was identified quickly and taken care of. Compared to some of the "big guys" out there, it was a nice change. I would highly recommend them.

Crew and contact person on time. Introduces themselves with Insignia of company visible. Work begins/ends smoothly. Crew quiet and efficient. Easy to talk to and responsive to questions.
Original salesperson knows his products and introduces pos/neg sides of them. Offers appropriate equipment for size of our home. Writes up detailed proposal of work to be done on site and equipment to be installed. Licensing of contractors presented. Communication good with phone calls, texts to keep you updated on installation. Old equipment removed, area in garage and rear of home where outdoor unit will stand swept up of debris. This company has trained installers who know what to do and do it well. Detailed invoice presented at finish for payment. We were VERY HAPPY with our contacts with this company and would recommend Penquin Air Cooling & Heating to anyone interested in them.
