Great service! I had a tech from Morris-Jenkins come out and miss diagnosed my AC unit which almost cost us $1400. Luckily Jacob from Penguin AC was able to give me the real diagnosis, which turned out to be nothing and save us $1400!!!
Needless to say I am no longer a member of Morris-Jenkins...

Gotta give these guys a shoutout, my condenser was frozen up, they came out on a Sunday and had my system blowing hard and cold within a couple of hours. Jacob Poole was the technician and was very polite and honest, also didn't mind answering my husband's zillion questions about preventive maintenance.

Penguin was great. They were professional and helpful. They also did the job less expensively than other places without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend them

Jacob our tech was great. We got a text with his picture when he was on his way and he came in the previously discussed window of time. He was able to get everything done in a timely fashion and was respectful to our baby sleeping by knocking instead of ringing the bell

Its always easy to give bad reviews when a company messes up or you feel you were treated unfairly and the good reviews sometimes are just overlooked because that's how you expect to be treated for a service. Last January (2016) we were hunkering down and getting ready for the snow. In the middle of the night we woke up realizing how cold it was in the house. I did a search and found Penguin Air and they came out and made a run at making my old Gas Pack work. They got it up and running and stayed with it for a few days until we realized there was no use. The smarter thing to do was get a new Trane. and Randy worked on my problem as if I were the only customer. Great service, great responsiveness. I will stick with them from here forward for my HVAC needs here at the "Ranch".....
