Extremely pleased with Penquin Air and Cooling. I lost my heating over the weekend. Called Penquin Monday morning and spoke with Hailey. She had the owner out by 11:00 and I had heat on by 1:00. Friendly and very professional.

I have been a long term customer for the same townhouse. I love the entire team on their timeliness and efficient. They are easy to work with and very professional. Great responsiveness is what I have come to expect from this team. In fact we should be doing an install soon as well.

All aspects from setting up the service request, scheduling the technician, to having the service completed was very easy, pleasant, and professional. Jacob did an amazing job in servicing our A/C, especially with the high heat in the attic and with servicing the unit outside. He also added some great recommendations for some efficient cooling. The prices were fair. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.
