We've been using Penguin for a few years now and been nothing but pleased. We have called them for all maintenance, repair, and most recently, 2 new HVAC systems. When we have called, they are usually out the same day. They're reasonably priced, professional, and I have never had a problem with the quality of work. I'd be happy to recommend them for any AC/heating problems.

Penguin came out to repair a very old unit and after looking at it we came to the conclusion it was dead. They proceeded to sell me a very good unit at the best cost and installed it promptly and have maintained it since. A year later we had an issue and they sent a tech out on an hours notice in the busiest time of the year and fixed it immediately. This is the type of company you want to work with.

Penguin installed a new furnace for us. Great service! Randy took the time to explain our options, and even pointed out a rebate available from our power and gas companies that none of the other contractors told us about. Very happy.

They installed and AC unit a couple of years ago and did a great job! Had problems with my furnace. Jacob tried many options before replacing the motor. Very patient and did a great job! Will be calling on them in the future!

I had a great experience with Penguin. My initial call was a very friendly exchange and they got a technician scheduled to come out right way. That's invaluable when your house is 90 degrees. I really trusted Mike to get the job done and not try to sell me any unnecessary services. I like that I was sent a picture of the technician before he arrived so I wasn't just inviting anyone into my house (thanks, true crime podcasts, for making me so skittish about people coming into my home). My only confusion is that I was charged a diagnostic fee even though I had a repair over $200, which I thought the website said would be waived. That promotion may have started after I had my service though. I just noticed it. Anyway, I will definitely use them again when the need arises! I'm very happy with my experience...and my much cooler house!

We enjoy our new system as it is a huge upgrade from the one we had however I would have rated more stars if the teams overall communication was better. My husband and I were each told different things when it came to install time, scheduling inspections, etc. I can’t say whether or not we would recommend this company to our friends and family at this time as we are still waiting for a final (unexpected) inspection.

Outstanding end to end experience all the way around. I'll be back.

Penguin has been a fabulous company. They are efficient and friendly. Their work is excellent!! They show up when they say they will. Scheduling is easy and quick. You don't have to wait days for an appointment.
