Replaced a failed pump within 1 hour of diagnosing problem. Very satisfied with response time(came next business day of my original call) and time to fix problem.

Wonderfully professional, thorough check and cleaning of my two units. The technician also suggested improvements to my thermostat settings even though they did not install it.

On another occasion, they came out to my place the same day that I called about my unit failing. Daren was very professional, found the issue (darn capacitor) and verified that my other unit did not have wear that could lead to this issue in the near future. He did an awesome job fixing the problem and conducting a very thorough analysis (with a solid explanation of what he checked).

#1 in Customer Service! Air Central installed our system around 4 years ago. Was experiencing poor cooling since the beginning of May so I gave them a call. Astounding customer service from Debbie and Katie regarding scheduling and providing a competitive estimate of services needed. The next morning, technician Darren came out to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. He was very courteous and friendly/personable. Air Central had a replacement coil ordered promptly and were able to have Darren back within a week to install. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. Even provided me a few recommendations to prolong the life of my system. Ask for Darren!

Always a pleasant experience starting with an initial phone call to the office. Katie is the most professional service provider on the phone I’ve ever experienced. All service techs I’ve encountered are the same. Always courteous, professional and on time or a phone call letting you know they are delayed. Last service was today, March 21. The tech was Kevin and I would be thrilled if he was the tech on every service call to my home. But also in the four plus years I have used Air Central for HVAC needs I haven’t been disappointed with any tech encountered. Great company!!!
