I couldn't be happier with the service Air Central provides. Always professional, polite and friendly. They do not try and sell me something I don't need. They arrive on time and make sure I understand what they did. As well as answer any and all questions that I may have. I've referred them to sever friends and neighbors too and they all thanked me for the recommendation. I'm a customer for life!🙂

These guys have earned their 5* rating for a reason. Several, actually. From the owner (Wes), to the field techs, to the office staff (Emily), everyone is honest, professional and best of all, they don't try to rip you off. They've installed two new American Standard HVAC systems for me. Prices were the best I found (for the quality of the system) and their 0% interest over 36/60 months definitely helps.

I’ve been using this company for years. They’ve been nothing short of excellent. My most recent issue was a frayed wire to my compressor. My upstairs AC went out and by the time I noticed it was nearly 90 degrees. Upon calling I was connected shortly with a tech that offered to come out that evening. Considering it was late I asked to be scheduled for the next day. Kevin was in between service calls and did an amazing job trying to solve the problem blindly by phone. He guided me to check all the usual problems and then had me check the breaker. I was able to get the unit back on and maintain a decent temperature until Dwayne arrived the next day around 11. It took Dwayne all of one minute to figure out it was the compressor. Then maybe another minute to find the burnt out wire. In about 10 minutes he had the unit running again. The whole team, including the call center, are extremely professional. I’m happy to be a long time customer and to write this review. I’ve literally used them for years and they’ve always been punctual and honest. Every time they come out the tech takes the time to show you the issue and explain how he is going to fix it. There are no mystery charges or repairs. It’s all crystal clear. The cost of their service is affordable, the work is quality, and the employees give that extra effort for customer service that seems to be dying out these days. I highly recommend them for your HvAC repair or installation. Thank you Air Central of the Carolinas.

If you need anything related to heating/air, this company is awesome. Not only have we used Air Central for small replacement and repair projects, but we just finished a new home build with Air Central. Awesome company.....if I could give them more stars I would. The owners and staff are great. Their communication has always been great, which is something lost in this industry. They show up when they say(and timely for that matter), and then do what they say they are going to do.....again, hard to find that level of service these days. Whether we’ve had a small or big project, the work, the quality, communication, and service is very CONSISTENT. I will continue using Air Central for all my HVAC! Thank you Air Central! Use them, you will not be disappointed.
