I’ve received service three times over the past couple of years and can attest that great service is no accident, Air Central delivers exceptional service, expertise and quality that very few in the industry match.

They did a great job servicing our older AC so when I was ready to replace and get new they were the first I called. Price was good but warranty and expertise was way better than any alternative. Given the careful planning, easy scheduling, quality equipment and expert installation there’s no doubt that I’d pick them again and highly recommend to others if you want good value and friendly, trustworthy people. The warranty is exceptional, not sure where else you would even get that matched by their competitors.

Air Central has been a lifesaver ! We’d been struggling to keep multiple rooms in our home at comfortable temperatures. Air Central quickly assessed and solved our problem. We have had several jobs performed by Air Central including system maintenance, compressor replacement and most recently adding an additional run of duct work. They have been responsive and communication has been good. Each time they called or contacted us a day or two out to confirm the appointment and again on the day of service prior to arrival. They have been professional and friendly and cleaned up after each job. Pricing seems reasonable and overall service and staff have been great.

I am in the retail business and normally would question when a business has 478 reviews and a 5 Star Rating. It is EXTREMELY hard to accomplish this. Air Central installed our systems about five years ago and had them out to do a routine maintenance.
The whole experience was outstanding from my initial contact to the visit. I normally am hesitant to recommend a service/repair company, but I absolutely have no qualms in recommending these guys.

Air Central of the Carolinas has been servicing our HVAC system for a number of years. They have also replaced a couple of our units as they got really old. They are courteous and reliable and very responsive when something goes wrong with our systems, which is not often. They also did a good job on installing two new systems. They did mess up on the one of the installs but were quick to return and fix the problem, once we notified them. The same technician usually does the maintenance, is very familiar with our home, the multiple filters that have to be replaced and the condition of our units. He is very considerate and does not push us to upgrade/replace units that are functioning well, even when they are old. Very satisfied and would recommend.

This will be our second year with Air Central of the Carolinas, and we have always been very happy with them. They have been honest and helpful in managing our HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and future planning. In the local area for 20 years, we’ve had experiences with honest, fair, service, then some other types of companies. We have found an honest company of hard working, ethical individuals. We just had our HVAC replaced. I got multiple quotes and Air Central was the most competitive and the owner (Wesley) came out himself to provide the quote. They did a great job replacing the old unit and adding additional ductwork for our plans to finish the attic.

Air Central installed my system 12 years ago and provide semi-annual maintenance for my gas furnace and AC. The system is efficient and I've experienced no issues.
