We have used Indian Trail Air & Heat for the better part of twenty years. We are on the second system that they installed. We have another hybrid system that was installed before we started dealing with ITA&H. They have provided semi-annual maintenance on it as well as the ones they installed.

Excellent work with knowledgeable and proficient technicians who are on time. They didn't try to "up-sell" us or sell us a service that wasn't needed.

This company checks all those boxes and more. They said a time they could be at the house, but they called and said they could be earlier if I wanted!! Absolutely!! Travis (shout out to Travis!!) couldn't have been nicer. Talked me through each step he was taking. And completed the job in a timely fashion and expertly. He even gave me a few tips to help extend the life of our aging unit. And at the end of the call he handed me a bill that was VERY fair for the work on the, again, aging unit. Without a doubt when my unit needs another pep talk Indian Trail Air & Heat will be an easy call. Great folks over there you can trust.

A neighbor recommended Indian Trail Air & Heat. I called re my AC not cooling. They responded within a day, checked my system, and proposed a plan to replace the AC. Price was realistic and work order issued. Installation followed. All the employees I interacted with were knowledgeable, polite, efficient. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

Great local company. Robert was knowledgable and took time to answer my questions. They responded to my call quickly and arrived at my home within 30 minutes even on a cold Sunday morning. My expectations were not only met but exceeded and the cost was reasonable for the services rendered. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs and will use them again myself in the future.

We've had two different companies come out an charge us to fix our units an ended up leaving us with a bill an the same problems. ITA&H came out very quickly and found the problem(s) an had our parts ordered an installed within 24 hrs. These people are awesome and are very easy to deal with.
