My mom asked me to go online to find her a well rated HVAC place to perform her spring tuneup, and I’m so glad she called them! They found a huge amount of black mold in her AC line duct due to the home builder using insulation instead of a coated metal. She has been living in that house for over 15 years and this is the first company to be thorough enough to find it. They went through every step and showed her husband everything. They also fixed an issue with the heater sending AC rather than heat. Thank you for being so thorough, you can tell they care about quality here.

This was my first time using Air one. I had them come out and quote a new system for our store. Billy came out, inspected the old unit and gave me options for the new. Once I choose the unit I felt was the best fit for the store, the crew at Air one worked with my store hours to get the unit in very quickly and professional. All of the guys that came out were great. I will be using them again in the future for my maintenance, and service.

Great service!!! I called them on a Saturday and the temperature was in the 20's in Charlotte. Billy came out right away. I was told I needed a certain part for my furnace and only two companies had this part and both was closed on weekends. Billy contacted the owner of one of the companies and that got him the part. I had heat in my house before night. I recommend Air One and Billy to everyone. God Bless them!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I only put one star so you would read my review….I have been an owner of multiple properties for decades. I have used many HVAC companies, big and small, in the past. Of them all, this company is the best BY FAR. Why? They laid out all options for our latest HVAC system purchases and respected the decision we made. There was no hard or soft sell, no pressure…just the options and answers to all of our questions. Then, once they had our money and installed the units, they did not abandon us! They return every time with the same energy and enthusiasm to maintain the units that they had when they were selling us our units. I had a snake crawl into one of my units and they came out right away to make sure there was no damage, all covered under the maintenance contract. When I call to arrange an appointment for a maintenance visit, they can fit me in within days. This is reassuring because if I am ever in need of emergency service, I am confident they will be there immediately. Their service and professionalism CANNOT be beat. I always try to support American, local, small family owned businesses and this company is just that. Do not let the fact that they are located far away from you discourage from choosing this company. They drive to my homes in Ballantyne and Fort Mill, SC no problem. They have always superceded my every expectation!
