Jarrod is awesome. My coworker referred me to him a couple years ago when I had a capacitor go out. Resolved immediately. Last year, he relocated my condenser unit to a more desirable and stable location (it was originally next to our deck and I wanted it moved to the other end of the house). They did a great job dressing up the lines and wiring. And he just walked me through a quick repair on the phone. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

Spoke with the owner on the phone around 9am and they were able to send a technician out same day (no emergency charge or anything). Brian was the technician who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the unit I had at the house. Brian was able to diagnosed, order the part and install it all within the same day. I probably got lucky the part was available but regardless having all of this done on the same day was impressive enough to me. Cost of diagnostics, parts and labor were all very reasonable. Great service, great prices, will be back!

I've been trusting Ellis Heating & Air for over a decade and throughout a few different homes. Jarrod and his team have always provided excellent and timely service, and a little education as well! They've talked me through resolving issues on my own over the phone when necessary and even helped me program my thermostat to save me money. Ellis HVAC also helped my husband's allergies in our home with the latest allergen reducing technology. A company that truly cares for their clients.

We had 20 year old HVAC system replaced by Ellis Heating and Air. Jarred was a great person to work with. He was very responsive via email and phone throughout the process and thoroughly answered all my questions. On the day of installation his crew was prompt, clean and courteous. One month later the system is working great and I am very satisfied with the service we received. Would 100% use them again in the future.

I had Jared install two American Standard heat pumps (including an additional return for the bonus room on the upstairs unit) for me at a family home and the price and quality were great. I got several quotes. He explained all the options and his own recommendations, then accommodated my choices easily. A few months later I had a cooling problem at another house and his tech Brian came the same morning we called and diagnosed and fixed the a/c for a very reasonable price. A few days later the unit stopped working so I called again and
Brian went by there first thing to check on it to find out that the condensate drain was clogged and the safety switch had stopped the unit from running and overflowing. Two different problems, but when I asked about the bill for the second call, Brian waived it because he felt like he should have checked the drain on the previous visit. That's awfully generous and more than fair. I'll definitely use them any time I need HVAC service.

Brian came by the house after the ac went out. He explained what was wrong and promptly fixed the issue. He was very nice, smart, and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again next time. Their prices are fair and very competitive. Do not bother calling those larger companies. This crew is amazing!

Installation was outstanding. Jarrod and his team of (Bryan,Brian), Neal and Victor were very prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! They answered all of our questions and explained/ demonstrated how our new heat pump systems operate. Needless to say we are very satisfied with the units, quality of advice and service received!

This should be the last HVAC contractor review you ever read. The search is over. If you reach out to anyone other than Jarrod Ellis, you’re wasting your time and money. Jarrod & his team just replaced our 16 year old gas packaged unit with an American Standard gas/electric split system. I wasted my time calling four other contractors before I found Jarrod. A new heating & cooling system is a big purchase and you want to ensure you end up with a quality system, at a competitive price, and most importantly installed correctly. The other guys would probably have done a satisfactory job, but Jarrod goes above and beyond. He evaluated our current packaged system, got one glance at our massive walk in crawl space and the wheels started turning. I could immediately tell he was evaluating the job as if my home were his own. He recommended installing a split system over a replacement packaged unit. He ultimately provided seven total quotes - three packaged unit replacement options and four split system options. He explained the pros & cons of each option. The previous four contractors never considered proposing a split system. Along with the quotes, Jarrod provided informative white papers about the differences between single, dual, and variable stage Air Conditioners, the various furnace options, as well as the pros and cons of both packaged and split systems. He was always available by phone and responded to text messages almost immediately anytime I had a question. He & his guys showed up right on time and did an outstanding job installing the new system. I’ve never felt better about a major purchase in my entire life. I know if anything happens to this system over its life, Jarrod and his team are a quick phone call away. I don’t typically write reviews, but when you come across a person with as much honesty, integrity, and expertise in his field as Jarrod, you’re doing the rest of the world a disservice by not letting them know he’s out there to help them when needed. Five stars doesn’t do these guys justice.
