Jarrod, was quick to respond to our interest in a quote. Came to the house when he said he would. Gave us a price and told us when he could do the installation. There would be no additional cost surprises. He and his team showed up on the day agreed and on time. Very courteous and professional. I have called Ellis twice about HVAC issues. He is clearly very knowledgeable about what he does and always takes the time to explain things in an understandable way. Both times I spoke with him he gave me advice that was best for my situation, even though his advice meant me paying him nothing! He could have charged me for any number of things and I would not have know any difference. He is extremely honest and dependable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Brian fixed my heat. Affordable, worked with my crazy schedule and was able to come same day, on time, fixed it easily and in a very timely manner and He holds good conversation. Will continue to use this company. Personable and actually cares about the customer!

Jared came out during the summer and expertly predicted that our HVAC system was on its last leg. He didn't try to sell us a new system right away, which I found very appealing. It finally died the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We had a cold front approaching with no heat, so Jared moved us up in the schedule and went beyond the call of duty to get our new system installed and running in just the nick of time. He then sat down and helped us fill out all registrations, rebates, warranties, etc. online. His guys left the place spotless. This is a top-notch crew, professional, and honorable. I highly recommend them.

Jarrod Ellis and his team have been taking care of my HAVC systems for over 20 years. When my current home was reaching the end of life for its heat pump I called on my old friend. We discussed my options and I explained that we really were uncomfortable with the way our heat pump warmed or didn't (we called it the cold pump) as it would run to warm the house the air out of the ducks was chilly making it uncomfortable most of the time even if the thermostat was satisfied. In addition when it would go into defrost mode it would wake us in the middle of the night with a horrific noise.

After checking our duck work for what options it could handle Jarrod recommended American Standards Variable Speed Heat Pump and moving our Freon lines from inside the bedroom walls to outside the house. He and his great team installed the new system in a days time. When they started the new system the wife and I knew we had made a great decision. This system is unlike any other heat pump I have owned. First off it often just runs at a gentle purr. The air out of the ducks is not uncomfortable. Our house is WARM and we here NOTHING. You just don't notice that it is running. Changing our heat pump to Jarrod's recommendation turned into a life changing event. We sleep through the night and we are always comfortable no matter the weather. I waited to experience the air conditioning side or our new system before writing the review. It performs just like the heat pump. Most of the time it just runs at a very low speed only ramping up when big changes happen or extreme high or low temperatures.

This HAVC system totally revolutionizes the use of heat pumps. I give it a 10 out of 10 rating! As for Jarrod Ellis well no one else will touch my HAVAC system. He takes pride in providing the most economical answer to your problem. Is up to date on the latest technology and will not settle for second best service. We feel fortunate to have found him so many years ago.

Cannot say enough good things about Ellis Heating and Air. Have been a customer for more than 10 years now and have had nothing but exceptional service. Just finished a system replacement today and cannot be more pleased.
