I was very pleased with Jared. I found him to be prompt, and understanding of someone on a fixed income. He checked out my system, and put the needed Freon into the system. I had another company well over a year ago that I felt overcharged me. I didn't feel that way with Jared. He explained everything before coming out, and there were no surprises.
