Morgan,a tech with All Seasons Heating & Air conditioning has repaired
the furnace at my residence and my rental house several times. He always
arrives promptly, on time, and quickly solves whatever problem
my equipment has. I have been completely satisfied with the
service I have gotten from All Seasons Heating. When my next problem
    happens,I'll be calling them again.

Excellent service and always a great experience! They have been maintaining our system for several years. They did an excellent job running heat and air to our basement last week. Completed when they said they would and I swear they left it cleaner than it was when they arrived! Very professional. Highly recommend!

All Seasons has been there for us on every occasion of need. Even before we had All Seasons install a complete HVAC system, Morgan Pelly responded to an emergency we encountered on a rainy Saturday afternoon when I couldn't secure help from any of the "24-hour available" services. This involved making repairs that I couldn't accomplish because of recent surgery. All Seasons installed and has serviced our HVAC (Bryant Evolution) system for several years and Morgan and his staff have always been very professional and thorough in their work.

Owner, who didn't introduce himself as such, but rather just as tech, came to the house to fix a boiler pressure release valve. Charged $195 plus $45 for a $65 part. Plus another $135 in labor. Took advantage of the situation because I had to leave. Gave my wife nothing but stories when she asked for a receipt, an invoice, and a breakdown. She paid him but then called me. When I questioned him later on the phone as to how he can charge $240 for a $65 part he became hostile. Started cursing and hollering. Called me an A$#$%^&. He tried to rip us off. I hung up and put a stop payment on the check. We will never have these people anywhere near our home again.

They installed our major heat pump and furnace several years ago and we've had great service with these people ever since. I know I can call them anytime and they'll respond quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Communication with all individuals was clear and pleasant, including a pre-visit text with photo and brief bio of tech visiting today. Cody was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, careful and thorough. He explained the work performed and answered questions thoroughly.

Outstanding service. Arron and Austin were very professional and even put on face mask and booties when entering the home. They got my Ac working again! Very pleased!

Based on the reviews that I have read, I would not have personally chosen All Seasons for my repair but since I was dealing with a home warranty company I had no choice. The tech was correct in his assessment that the house took a power surge and damaged the main control board (home warranty does not cover this). He looked at the condenser unit and could not get it to power up, and claimed that the compressor was "grounded". I was shocked when the office called back with a quote of $8000 for a full system replacement. When I asked about just repairing it, I was told that due to the unit being just over 10 years old it was time to replace. I immediately called my uncle who has 35+ years in the HVAC industry. He walked me through a few simple test with a multimeter determined that the compressor was not "grounded", and that it wouldn't power up due to a fuse on the outside sub panel being blown. Once the fuse was replaced the compressor would not stay running for more than a few seconds, so under the recommendation of my uncle I found a local HVAC tech to come check it out. Once he arrived I gave him the info that we had gathered and he went to work. He was surprised at the mess of wires that the All Seasons tech left. The blower door shut off switch had been cut off and bypassed, a few other wires were also left unterminated at the control board. Once we got to the condenser unit, the tech had a bit of a laugh when he immediately noticed that the power leads to the compressor had been switched so that it was out of polarity, and that being the reason that it would not properly run. In the end the repair (parts and labor) was about $350 (the main control board was bad). It was also determined that the condenser unit is in perfect shape, and with routine checks should easily last another decade.

So whether it was sabotage and the hope that I was a sucker in order to make a commision on selling a new system, or complete incompetence from the technician, I would recommend staying away from All Seasons.

In the end, finding a local tech on Craigslist was the ticket to cold air and a lot of money saved.

Zach was on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything he did during the seasonal maintenance.
