All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

We were given Joe's name by our realtor when we bought our house in 2017-we had him replace both air conditioners a year later and he has done a great job for us. He's always available to speak with us and comes whenever there is an issue. I recommended him to a friend that just bought a place in Nags Head and he was the only one to call her back. The work was done and she is very happy with it all.

We had our a/c stop working with above 90 degree weather and All Seasons was able to respond within a day and fix it for us. It's a 25 year old system and he fixed the initial issue to get us up and running for the season while also recommending a replacement come fall. It was fairly priced and our Austin was extremely professional and kind.

Jake was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend All Seasons!

These people have no integrity. They claimed to be able to fix our AC system and charged us $2200. Not only is our system not cooling it isn't working. They basically took our money and then promised to come back out and trouble shoot and not leave us with a worse problem than we started with, but that is exactly what they did. Now after taking our $2200 they decided they didn't know how to fix our problem and we needed to call someone else. They refused to refund our money saying they fixed our leak. We have been living without AC while they claim they tried and didn't know what else to do. I would not trust All Seasons Heating & Air to do the right thing for you. They will take your money and run! When I called Cody to complain why they will not come back out and fix this mess, he said sorry we can no longer service you because you needed to reschedule a previous appt. However, Hannah called me to reschedule an appointment for them last week! They decided they wanted to walk away from an AC problem they didn't know how to fix so this was their solution. Save your money! Don't call All Seasons Heating & Air for your AC/Heating needs!!

I have worked with this company several times. Each time the people have been honest, friendly, and not turned into salesmen halfway through an appointment. I appreciate the commitment to quality and their speed and efficiency during a job. Most of all their direct, and straightforward manner combined with their inclusive nature toward me and my family is just above and beyond. Cody and Billy have been the best of the people I have worked with so far but the entire staff is truly just stellar.

I'm a lifetime customer in the making. If you try their service, you will be one too :D

Just before three days of 90 degree weather my AC stopped working. I called the company that had serviced it for the past 4 years. They said they could come out to fix it in 1 1/2 weeks. That was going to be a hardship given that my daughter has asthma. Thankfully All Seasons came to my rescue. They came to my home the following day, fixed the AC and charged a very reasonable price. I could not be more grateful!!

These folks are really a breath of fresh air in a world that seems to have forgotten about customer service. Not only were they incredibly professional, but also extremely knowledgeable having my repair resolved very quickly. I was honestly most impressed by the fact that, considering the outside temperature and forecast, and the notion we were without a heat source, they came same day within hours of calling in for service...that just NEVER happens these days. Kudos to All Seasons for their excellence. "

I am so impressed with this company. Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they sent me alerts continually to update me about their arrival. In addition, I received a brief bio on all the service technicians that would be coming to my home. They were professional, courteous, cognizant and respectful when inside my home and got the job done in a timely manner. I cannot remember doing business with such a responsible company in the last 20 years. That kind of service seems to be a thing of the past, but not for them! Wow! I highly recommend!

What a great company to do business with! After struggling with a subpar (only 8 year old)contractor grade HVaC Unit for years, I am so thankful I called All About Heating and Air to help me decide upon and install a new and much more efficient AC/Heating unit in my home.
I was so impressed by both the administrative and Maintenance/ installation crews. They were honest, informative, timely, efficient, and trustworthy. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful and unexpected financial investment a much more pleasant experience. I want to throw a special shout out to Anthony, Eric, and Austin for making me laugh my way through the maintenance and installation process and doing a fantastic job from beginning to end.
