All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

I thought long and hard about what to say because this is not towards the entire company. The original techs, Billy and Zach were really kind when they came to our home, they asked who installed our unit and I told them that I installed it. In this time of Covid I wanted to save some money. All seasons quoted us a large sum to help fix our split unit. We agreed because we wanted our unit fixed. Short story, we ended up in the same position as before, with no AC. We gave them a lot of money to try and fix our unit. We called, they came back and told us we needed a new unit for us to call the manufacturer. My friend said Morgan was very rude and condescending. I told him it was okay and to not worry about since they are taking a look at it for us. I called for them to come back out to look at it again. Morgan was truly very rude, he did not greet us when he arrived. He was talking to me like I owed him something for coming out. He said that this would be the last time they would come out and that they were done dealing with it. He also said this is what happens when we don't get the same techs to install. I was hoping to hire a company that would be able to help me with my situation, since I am not a pro or anything. All seasons did not give me a sense that they cared. I hoped that when I called All Seasons out to do work that they would give me a sense "we have your back, we will do all in our power to help you". Instead we were met with, "after this, I'm done". I did not stand for this and I confronted Morgan about being so rude to me. I was not asking him to do me a favor, I asked him to do a job for us. In conclusion, we had a really bad experience with Morgan and All Season. I did not want to write anything and give them the benefit of the doubt, but after reading many people's comments I see that I am not the only one being treated with horrible customer service. I am only writing so that others will not be treated the same way as I did, while losing money, and still not having AC. All Seasons, please treat your customers with dignity and listen to them as much as possible.

Austin was friendly and professional. He installed a new thermostat and was very helpful in explaining the controls.
We have done business with this company for many years and would certainly recommend them!

We moved here just a year ago and found these folks did the HVAC work for the previous owner. I have nothing but good things to say for their service, on time performance and everything done that should be done. Love their service tech, Cody. He knows his "stuff' and is a pleasure to have in our home.
Here's an example of how good their are to work with - today Cody told us that we don't need to replace some quite expensive filters in our heating system. We have been gone for several months and he said the filters put in last fall were barely "used" and would certainly do the job until this fall. Class act and class company!

I highly recommend All Seasons. Alex really showed that he wanted to take care of my AC challenges, even when working with my home warranty company which is not alway easy! The technicians, Zack and Billy, did a great job on my new unit. It is running perfectly! This company goes beyond what is normally offered! Highly recommended!!

Cody and Steve were great and very professional. They serviced our HVAC system, provided feedback on things we would need to address in the future and provided possible solutions. Would highly recommend All Seasons to anyone.

The service guys were so nice and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their job.

Had a really great professional and knowledgeable rep come out and repair our heating system. He was on time and took the time to explain the issues he encountered once they were fixed. Our heat is running great now!

Their crew did a great job installing a Bosch heat pump and new ductwork in our home. They had to work in crawl spaces to install the ductwork and fix registers so the new ductwork could be securely attached. We appreciate their effort and excellent work.

Cody, Alex, Billy, and Jason were all amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations for installing our new furnace. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you!

Austin came by to inspect/diagnose my 5 year old AC unit today. He was on time, courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained things in a way that I could understand. He was not pushy, but did inform me of services and yearly plans available to me. I would highly recommend Austin and All Seasons!!!
