I placed an emergency call because my house temperature was 54 degrees. They came over the same day and patched the system so I wouldn't freeze. I needed a new heat pump. They installed it right away. It was so easy for me to work with them. I couldn't be any happier with the service or product. I highly recommend them.

We discovered one Friday night in winter that we had no heat. Austin appeared almost immediately and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He discovered that a leak was responsible for what appeared to be a premature draining of the propane tank. He came back in the next few days to go on to Part II, to identify that the condenser was also failing, needing new parts. He saved us from continuing discomfort by showing us how to have the furnace operate on emergency override while we waited for the parts (we had bought the house the year prior totally unfamiliar with its heating system and knew nothing about the furnace's over-ride feature.) That was a game-changer since we were two seniors in the house plus three dogs and a tortoise, all of us needing to keep warm during an unusual cold snap. Through every step Austin showed himself to be extremely smart and resourceful; tenacious in respect to identifying the problems, and caring in his attention to helping us find solutions, both long- and short-term.
