    Aran, the technician was on time, very professional, very quickly found the problem and solved it and left his work area spotless. In my opinion, at one time I had 10,000 employees, Aran is an excellent asset to your company.

    My Homeowner's Warranty company scheduled All Seasons to come and address an issue I was having with my HVAC. It did take about a week for them to be able to come out but they were able to find the issue quickly and the gentleman who worked on the Unit was very polite as well as patient with me on questions I had.

    They told me they'd be at my house at 3 (or "a little after since they were so busy") a week after we set the appointment. We took off work to meet the technician. The technician showed up at 2:45, and was already in a bad mood. He called me and was extremely rude. I called my husband who was on the way and asked that he speak to the rep because he almost made me cry. He yelled at my husband and told him he wouldn't wait. My husband showed up 2 minutes later and he was gone. When I called the company, they said no one told me it was at 3. I explained to them not only did I get that time from the receptionist, they also sent me an email confirming the time and it said 3. I even responded to the email so they could see that it was a real email I received. The woman just kept saying I was making it up, they would NEVER give me a time that exact. No apologies for the man yelling at us, no apologies for anything. Even with the proof of the time being sent via an email from their own company, nothing. Refused to come back out and fix the AC. The only thing she said was, "well, if you guys are fighting what's the point of me sending him back out?!" ... we weren't fighting. He yelled at us and we did our best to get there as fast as we could. I understand it's their busy season, that does not call for this sort of treatment.

    Followup: After I spoke with my home warranty company, they said that the company marked my work order as COMPLETE, as in they'd come out and done the job and now wanted payment. Joke company.
    The home warranty company said they'd put in a complaint and that their behavior is unacceptable. I agree.

    Professional, and honest. No one has worked harder to make us happy with our heating and air needs. We have been through a few. Local, and reliable. Worked harder to find answers and deliver than our home warranty company did. Again awesome, awesome people.

    I dealt with them through my home warranty company. They tried to upsell me by telling me that the HVAC zoning board and dampers were corroded. I hired another company for a second opinion. I went into the crawl space with him and the zoning board was pristine and functional. The dampers were also not corroded, though the motors were out. The repair will cost around $800 rather than the $2500 I was quoted over the phone by All Seasons. I do not recommend them because I think they are dishonest.

    Morgan and Austin are professional, expert, prompt. It’s not easy to replace a 30 year old vent damper on a gas boiler with a matching model, but they came through with excellence and great customer service.

    I am very disappointed with the service my mother in law received this past week with this company. They were extremely rude and cancelled a scheduled appointment at the last minute. Her problem was of no concern to him. It is very unprofessional of him to be so rude. He hung up on her. I will NOT use this company for future needs, nor will I recommend to anyone. Customer service extremely poor. I only gave one star because I couldn't do 0 stars. Perhaps you should train your workers with some professionalism and customer service/telephone skills.

    Worst company. Owner is impatient and condescending when in your home. We had to call them back because of immediate air (noise) in our system which we could not get rid of through daily/nightly “bleeding the system” of air. We felt the line possibly did not have enough water causing air to loudly circulate. This made our system unbearably loud from midnight to 4 am., therefore heat had to be completely OFF at night in Dec/Jan. Owner REFUSED to comeback and assist us. We also needed replacement on/off control knobs on two bedroom heating units, they ordered the parts but put us off for weeks and because my 75 yr father kept calling (he was cold without heat at night in Dec/Jan) asking when they were coming - they then refused service to us altogether because of his inquires. Horrible company and unfortunately the only company licensed to work on our system by our homeowners ins co.! They have a monopoly because of this and feel they can be as arrogant as they want, which includes hanging up on you. We recommend Carolina Comfort Heating and Air, who also has the owner working as technician, but is actually able to provide service while being courteous.
