I have used this company for 8 years. I am impressed by the service, especially Peter! that come to my home. I would recommend to anyone. Great service and care.

They ck things out thoroughly took pic brought them inside so I could see what they were talking abt. I liked that. Explained things to me and then gave me options.

After calling the company I have a contract with and being scheduled for their emergency service 4 days away, I called this company. They had the technician on the phone with me within minutes. He arrived at my house within an hour. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it! Then reviewed why it happened and what I could to prevent it from happening again. A company that keeps great technicians must be a great company!

We have had great experiences with Happy Home! Whenever our A/C went out they were able to come the same day (hugely important) and the staff were always very professional and helpful. Will always recommend them and continue to use them!

I had a broken tub faucet where I stripped the screw trying to remove the cartridge. Juan came and removed it and even found the part at Lowe's for me to get it myself. I like that he realized that if someone is handy that $275 to replace it was not the best use of money. I will definitely be using them in the future. I'm saving their number in my phone so I don't have to go to the internet. I'm definitely "Happy" with their "Home Services."

Our AC went out and the unit had to be replaced. Since we were completely without AC, they prioritized our new system installation and installed a new unit the next day. Our house is old and presented them with some challenges during the install, but the technicians were professional, thorough, and did not leave until the job was done and done right. The supervisor even took care of some minor things that were just aesthetic in nature, but really showed their attention to detail and insistence on doing things the right way. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Very impressed with the level of service received during a very stressful time.

Cory and John are knowledgeable with years of experience. They did numerous tests of the AC unit & showed me photographs of the extensive rust & other damage inside the unit, as well as the deteriorated duct work under the house, which helped me understand the recommendations they made. They are both great communicators who carefully explained everything that needed to be done. And they removed their shoes before entering my house without being asked! I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you for sending such knowledgeable, genuinely nice people to help me with my AC, duct work, and dryer-vent problems.

Alex and now Corey have serviced our HVAC system for years now and kept it running way beyond the average....they are professional, know what they are doing, and both very nice to work with.

We had an emergency after hours situation at a rental property that was taken care of by Juan in a timely and professional manner. We will absolutely continue to use Happy Home and especially Juan in any future needs.

I was really pleased with the overall experience. They were very responsive and able to fit us in the same day when our water heater went out. They called to give a heads up before the technician arrived and sent a picture too. The technician identified that the problem was actually electrical and so we had to call an electrician, but his diagnosis was correct and we were able to get it fixed the following day.
