I have had AC issues for roughly a year that I have been trying to self Diagnose. I called and within 24 hours Ronnie came out and diagnosed and fixed everything in under an hour. He was quick, explained what was going on and was super professional and nice. All in it was cheaper than just diagnosis services I have tried to use in the past with other companies who did not even fix anything!

Wayne Compton came out to repair my AC. It apparently had some hard-to-diagnose issues but he stuck with it until
he found and repaired them. He’s very knowledgeable, courteous, VERY thorough and prompt. I’d be happy to have him come for service calls every time I call.

Trever was amazing and informative and professional. He let me know what was going on how it happened and he explained the steps to repair the problem. I will definitely be using happy home again!

Happy Home installed both a new well pump and a water heater. Their technicians came on time and were very professional. They did a good job.

Happy Home and their employee Michael Purnell are absolutely wonderful. I called with a concern. They were prompt to come out. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. They inspected everything. Happy Home is now my only call for anything my system needs. Also love having their maintenance program.

Last year HH replaced my a/c with a duel fuel heat pump/a/c unit. This month it wasn't cooling. Called HH and they came out right away. Turns out it was my Duke Power limiter on the house that denied the unit power.... Josh, the service tech was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and let me know along each step of the way what was going on. He was able to patch a capacitor in to the unit, test it, & override the problem. He encouraged me to call if any other problems evolve. No charge. Warranty covered.

Highly recommend. Very prompt and professional. Came out quickly on a Sunday to evaluate a broken HVAC system. Have used them for maintenance for 2 yrs and they are always prompt, friendly and helpful.

I spoke to several other companies and none had the friendly level of service as Happy Home. Speaking with staff is easy and booking is simple without being given a hard sell at any point in communications including speaking with the technicians. Everyone is amazing. Technician supervisor John, and technician Corey were on time and provided very clear explanations in detail and provided photos. The pricing was fair and won’t choke you. I am very impressed and will definitely use Happy Home again.
