Happy Home Services

I purchased a maintenance service for both heating and AC in June. They performed the one for the AC but they keep in canceling my appointment for the furnaces. They just canceled on me again and they claim they can’t reschedule it till December. Be aware, once you pay, they don’t care. They got your money.

Well pump pipe to house ruptured flooding backyard. Cut well pump off and called them. Despite living 30 minutes outside of town they were at my house within an hour and 20 minutes. Did a temporary repair that night and returned the next day for permanent repair with only the single visit charge.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They send you an email and a text when the technician is about to arrive. They were on time and very professional. They also presented me with the options and saved me money by providing their maintenance option. Both my AC units stopped working within a 2 week span. One died during a holiday. This company was able to schedule the next day and fix it right away. Both times they explained everything clearly and concisely. Fairly priced, and good value, I highly recommend them!

Michael serviced our HVAC and cooling system today. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. We continue to be pleased with the service which Happy Home provides.

They were on time and professional, did a great job replacing our ac unit! 5/25/23, they did a great job again and replaced our attic unit. Had it all finished in about 6 hours. We highly recommend them!

Our a/c went out Friday, July 1st, four days after servicing. I thought for sure I wouldn't see anyone until Tuesday, but Ronnie was there Saturday morning within two hours of my call. Without going into detail, Happy Home Services really does stand behind their work. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but when I do, they will be my first and only call. I can happily recommend them with no hesitation.

The work was done in timely manner. All work was described and explained clearly. The plumber was efficient and friendly.

Ronnie the technician that was sent out was excellent and very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me everything he was doing while performing maintenance on my HVAC system thoroughly. He found my problem causing the heat to not come on and fixed it and ordered a new pressure switch to replace my old one that was worn out. He explained my bill to me and showed me the advantages of getting a system maintenance contract which we got. I will be using Happy Home Services and asking for Ronnie from now on to service my HVAC. Great business to deal with and excellent HVAC tech to provide me with quality service. He is an asset to Happy Home Services.

My pressure switch went out again causing my heat not to come on. I was warned by Ronnie that there was a good chance it would not last much longer so he ordered a new switch. I called Amber and Autumn at Happy Home and they were so nice, professional and understanding and got right on the situation. Since I had already had a pressure switch on order they had it shipped overnight to them. Peter Mason came out at 8:00 AM today and in no time he replaced the old pressure switch with the new one and now my unit will turn on. Peter was such a gentleman and he checked it out thoroughly before he left my house. I am glad my wife and I found Happy Home. They are the best and professional and trustworthy.
