Bryant Durham has provided services to our firm on multiple occasions; always reliable; always respectful; always on time and very affordable. We would highly recommend others contacting them for electrical and HVAC needs.

Today, I call to make an appointment for electrical services in my
home. It was my lucky day that the representative who came was
Demetruis Allen.

I found him to be very professional in way he presented himself and his
Company. Needless to say, repairs made to our celling lighting was
spot on.

When we need future electrical work we will surly call Bryant-Durham
and request Demetruis Allen to the rescue!

Well, it was Friday and this was the only place that could come out the day of me calling. I should’ve endured the heat.

They charged me 175.00 for a pound of freon. That’s way higher than their competitor Carolina Comfort Air, even their weekend prices are cheaper. Next they charged me 135.00 to use a small wet vac - the size of a basketball. I didn’t have that much water in the pan. That got my blood going a little so I told the repairman I could just do it if he’s going to nickel and dime me. The old man smirked and told me he’ll just pack up and charge me their diagnostic fee of 89.00 without fixing anything. I let him be and in the end he gave me a 25.00 discount because I mentioned in the very beginning that I was a student of little means.

All in all I was charged 374.00 to vacuum water up and get a pound of freon. Like I said, I should’ve endured the heat.

Everyone I interacted with at Bryant-Durham during my house rewire was professional and courteous. Demetrius and Antonio, the technicians who performed the work, did an excellent job. I would gladly use this company again.

Operation of the new thermostat.

I wasn't sure if I needed a junction box for a light fixture I was replacing in my home so I sent them a photo of the light fixture and they replied with their opinion (which was that no junction box wasn't necessary). Saved me time and money with an honest opinion. That was excellent customer service!

Dwayne was amazingly professional, friendly & helpful. He was efficient taking down my multi-piece chandelier from Italy. I would use him again for anything in my house!! Awesome service!!

It's a shame, because I had them do a bunch of wiring in my garage about a year ago, and they were great. The wiring was extensive, and cost about $2k. Since then, I have had them out for several estimates, one to install a mini split A/C unit, which their quote was unbelievably high, and most recently to install/replace a chandelier. Now, the chandelier was not easy to reach, being over the stairs and all...but their quote....?? $1350.00!!!!!! you have got to be joking. Don't waste your time here unless you have a pocket full of cash you want to throw away.

Quick, painless, and affordable. We had a couple of new outlets that we needed, and it was completed without leaving any trace, the outlets look like they've always been there. The rep that came out was courteous and professional. He even humored me by answering a question about some electrical system oddities that I had.
