My first encounter was an electrical emergency at my house which they promptly repaired. I then had additional electrical work at my office as well as new generators installed at home and work. They are amazing! All work was excellent and all technicians are professional, awesome, polite, helpful, reliable and super nice people. Will be using them for all my needs going forward. Just cannot say enough great things about this company, its employees and their work ethic.

Bryant-Durham Services installed a standby generator at our home. Their services have been impressive.

Chris Wolfe worked up our proposal paying close attention to our end goals and worked with us to get the best pricing possible. His installation team included Dee, Dwayne and Darrell. These guys were a delight to work with and performed their work in a high quality and professional manner. Michelle was the office contact who did a splendid job coordinating and working with our propane provider to obtain the necessary permits.

I've been using Bryant-Durham to service my HVAC system for over 5 years and they do a great job. The customer service reps who answer the phone and schedule are quite responsive as well as the technicians they send out. As a company, they are quite knowledgable and have always been able respond to, diagnose and solve any problems. This week we worked with Michelle who scheduled us quickly as we needed help and Eric C. who was the technician assigned to service our HVAC system. While at my house to fix a separate issue, my technician, Dwayne, was also happy to give me a quote and install an entire generator receptacle and circuit.

Not only did Dwayne take on the extra work with zero notice, he took the time to discuss what house appliances and electronics could and couldn’t be used simultaneously on generator power. Then, he guided me through all the steps to bring the generator up and ultimately power the house right then and there.

I’m 100% confident that I’m covered in an emergency and I’m certain I’ll be using Bryant-Durham again in the future.

The previous home owner used Bryant-Durham for a generator installation and passed on their contact info to us when we purchased the home 2 years ago. Since then, we have relied on them to maintain the generator and HVAC unit. I have also used Duane extensively to solve electrical mysteries and install outlets where needed. He's always on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have referred Bryant-Durham and Duane to neighbors on several occasions and will continue to do so.

I had both a 2 and 2.5 ton Trane units installed. Great company to work with as far as price and service. Have used them for 10+ years for repairs/service. Just spent about $17,000 on two new units. Extremely happy with the Trane units and the perfect, professional and friendly installation. The 2 guys were fantastic and did an A+ job. Then after the city inspected the installation a wonderful third guy came by to double-check I was 100% happy and did some additional super-precise wrapping around a few more places in my duct work. Bryant's work has always been the best in the Durham area. They make sure everything is exactly "perfect" and are super friendly/easy to work with. With them, you never have to worry about the job being done right, very high-quality parts and expert service.
