    I called them to get the estimate for getting the electrical work done at my house. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. Chris Wolfe, the Senior Electrician came over to look at the issues we had. He came on time and was very professional . He spent time explaining the issues we had. I recommend this company highly.

    Great Job! Installed new outlet and switch for garbage disposal - Dwayne Allred showed up exactly when we were expecting and overcame a couple unexpected (old house) issues. Very friendly and professional. Plan to use Bryant-Durham again for any future electrical work.

    On July 2nd, our upstairs a/c unit stopped working. I called Bryant-Durham at 5:55 pm, and even though it was past working hours, a technician called me to tell me they wouldn’t be able to make it out there that evening, but that I would receive a call in the morning to schedule an appointment. When Carol called me that next morning (7/3), they had zero appointments open, and of course, the 4th was a holiday. This was also the week the temperatures went through the roof. She offered to put me on the schedule as a “work-in”, and I would only be given 30 minutes notice when the repairman was on his way. This worked perfectly for us (and my two kids) as we could hit the pool and be home well within that timeframe. Brad showed up exactly when he said he would, and then he spent about 6 hours trying to get our unit to work. He left our house at 8:30 pm with still more appointments to get to the night before a holiday. He promised he would be back first thing Friday morning, and he was! Our unit is now working. At any point, Brad could’ve thrown in the towel and told us we just needed a new unit. He was so incredibly honest with us- when I inquired about a new unit, he gave his honest opinion that it wasn’t time yet. The time was approaching, but we weren’t there yet. He showed me how to measure the leak we have so we can gauge the severity. He took his time with explaining everything to me, and he was diligent, patient, and beyond competent in repairing the system. I would (and do) recommend this company to everyone! We have used this company for a few years now, and they replaced our downstairs unit when it was time last summer. Their prices are incredibly competitive and the work they do is stellar.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED! I called to get someone to come out to service a generator for me. Winter is coming and I wanted to be ready. The receptionist was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled for me on October 5th. She said they'd be by between 10am and 2pm. At around 1:30, it was getting close to the time I'd need to go pick up my son from school so I gave them a call. It turns out that Bryant-Durham had rescheduled my visit to the following Wednesday and nobody bothered to call me and let me know. That was extremely frustrating because I'd made arrangements to be home during the time they'd promised to come and Wednesdays I cannot be home due to my job. The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule my visit to October 16, again between 10-2. Once again, no one showed up. I called Bryant-Durham at around 2:15 to inquire of the appointment. The same receptionist said she'd get in contact with the technician and call me right back. When I didn't hear back from her by 3:30 I decided to give them a call (again). This time I got a (different) very nice lady who said that they'd closed at 2:30 and she was there just to man the emergency line. She could tell me nothing about the schedule or offer any information regarding my service visit (absolutely no fault of hers). To know I have wasted TWO days waiting for someone to come by is beyond infuriating and not at all what I've come to expect from this company. We have had numerous dealings with them over the years, both home and business and have always been very happy. I understand that things come up and that some things cannot be helped but to treat customers this way is, in my opinion, unacceptable. We will no longer be doing any business with this company. I don't have that kind of time to waste and they, obviously, don't need the business.

    Bryant-Durham Services helped me with serious and difficult longstanding multiple electrical problems in an older house. They answered my many questions, and always gave me good information and advice. They also responded promptly in an emergency situation. They have been excellent in every way.

    Technician (Demetrius) was superb. Explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it with dispatch and professional skill. He was good at his job, efficient, personable, and fair. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Won't bother you with the details of the repair, but Bryant-Durham and Demetrius did exactly what a customer should expect when hoping to get a matter resolved.

    Living in an apartment complex isn't always the easiest thing to do. Although there are some pros to renting. I still had to wait and go through red tape to get the request met. So it was a breath of fresh air when the office finally did their part by reaching for the services we requested and Brad from Bryant-Durham came the same day and confirmed our need as a priority. Again it is back to the red tape on when his company can complete the job. But at least he was professional, courteous, and honest. And we look forward in knowing Bryant-Durham Services is available to take care of job at hand.

    Demetrius is a talented electrician who went out of his way to provide exceptional service. He solved our problem efficiently, and even did an expert job patching drywall after moving electrical outlets. He cleaned up neatly afterwards as well. In addition, he was amiable and considerate. We were very grateful for his professionalism and personable service.

    I signed up for Schedule Maintenance on a newer home. Their technician Rich came out and did a thorough inspection and identified & fixed possible trouble spots and offered ways to improve efficiency. He also shared the knowledge to increase my awareness of the systems. If Rich is an indication of their overall service level, then I give them the highest rating and would recommend them to anyone. Great work!

    Our AC unit was turning on/off on it's own. The first technician determined that nothing was wrong with the unit, and the the closed vents downstairs were causing the AC to turn off. The day afterwards the AC shut down again. The company was quick to fix its mistake, sending Brad instead who determined that our thermostat was dying. The service was quick and courteous.
