Great Service!! When I called around 8pm expecting to leave a message, the owner Mark answered. I explained the problem and said he’d have someone out there the next day. The technician did a great job explaining the problem and answered all my questions. Great customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my HVAC or plumbing needs.
I needed 5 new power outlets added. Adjustable services came out and provided a free estimate and gave advise on how to handle it if I didn't choose them. Mark was very professional understood exactly what I needed. I received the estimate and chose them as it was very reasonable. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. They will be my go to company. I highly recommend!
Waited 2 business days to try and schedule an appointment. I filed my claim at 830am, left two messages the same day, then contacted someone the next day who said she couldn't even schedule a tech to come out. She assured me that someone would be calling later that day to schedule. No one did. Had to go with another company. REALLY disappointed in customer service.
Horrible experience. Company put in a used part and I still paid the same charge. Only used them because of my home warranty company 2-10. Do NOT use this company. They don’t care about customers! Update- had another company come out. They replaced the USED thermostat and all is fine!
Well, here it is August and the unit our landlord purchased, actually the second unit, is still not working. Its 85 degrees in here again. I have medical conditions and my roommate has medical issues as well. We have essentially spent the whole summer in the 80 to 90 degree range inside the house. I ended up buying a window unit so that I dont die or something after I come home from my back surgery. The owner, Mark Perkins came out here and immediately blamed me and my roommate, you know, 2 guys being messy, hell, Ive never lived in a cleaner house. He blamed me because I smoke a cigar occasionally, well not in the living room. Its too hot in there! I don't know HVACS, and evidently they don't know them either as here it is, close to the end of the summer and they haven't gotten this new unit working yet, but good news to Concord power, we've been paying a fortune for this thing to run, it hasn't gotten below 79 degrees all summer. Blame the customer and work backwards. They really are the bottom of the barrel.
This company is not about their customers. Seems to me they only care about installs and do not care to provide everyone with great customer service. I was without air for five days and made an appointment for a particular time slot four days after as they could not accommodate me sooner. Needless to say the tech showed up hours early and never called me to see if I could make it earlier. He just left and went to the next install appointment. Maybe it's because it was an install and I am a warranty customer. They said he called but I never got a phone call although every time the company called me I picked up and the phone call came through. They said he will come back later and then called me later in the day to say he can't come at all. I think this is lack of consideration for any customer in North Carolina area in summertime to have to wait this long for help. Needless to say I called my warranty company and got a next day appointment with another company which took care of my problem in 30 min. I should have saved myself the hassle and heat and went went this company from the start. Looks to me I'm not the only review with same problem.
Mark and his crew really took care of us. They are wonderful people to the core. I’ve never felt so at ease while they were here. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
Dealing with a warranty is not always easy. I was SO IMPRESSED by the professionalism, help, and constant contact that I had with Tim during the large repair we had to do on the ac unit in the heat of this summer! He truly went the extra mile to help us get cooler faster. I am not a fan of the way the warranty companies do things, but Adjustable made the entire event much more palatable. I will remember this when we need a new unit! Thanks, Adjustable!
