Adjustable Services

I have been a client for a long time and it bothers me I have to do this but I don’t want anyone else out $$$ like I am for using this company. I had great experience prior and used them to repair my very old unit for years and even used them to put in my new units two years ago. I got a warranty at the time and they were supposed to come out twice a year to check the units. It’s been two years and they have not showed up and continuously have been hitting my account for their monthly fee. My wife has called and spoke with them twice and they said it was a mix up because the guy who was supposed to check our units no
Longer works there. The owner stated he would get someone right out to the house to check and service the units and promised to call her back out figuring out the refunds on fees charged. Since then he will not answer our calls or texts. I called the business and the mailbox is full. I even sent an email through their site. I had to stop payment on this because they won’t stop charging me each month and won’t call us. It’s been a month since they have answered our calls. They basically stole from us. Don’t use this company!!

I will start by saying this is my first negative post for a company---ever.

The two stars are for the good sales job in October 2017 that came with a "5 year no hassle warranty" for a total system install exceeding $20k. I also paid $318.70 this past year to be part of the Comfort Club for priority service.

The team repaired a leak they identified on the system last May and only charged me for the refrigerant. No parts and no labor charged so that met the expectations of the warranty.

Problem was that the real leak was actually at the point where the Adjustable team installed the unit to the existing line. With that, we were out of refrigerant once again after firing up the upstairs unit for the summer late last week.

Called and spoke with them last Friday morning and was told I would be contacted for scheduling. Four calls on Monday (with a VM) and another call on Thursday---no call back and won't answer the phone.

I called another team in for the repair and it is now fixed after I spent $1,200 for the line repair (along with another $600 for the initial call/refrigerant).

I am not unhappy with the system, but please know that a warranty is only good if the folks will answer your call.

After more than a month dealing with some other company , I contacted Adjustable Services Mr. Mark , who came personally to my home to check the furnace and after giving me the most reasonable price from all quotes, i got for replacing my furnace, they got it done in 1 day.

Service, Honesty, professionally, punctuality, and awesome customer service it what stands for Mr. Mark, his staff and Adjustable Services.

Adjustable Services and Mark Perkins in particular have been awesome to work with. I recently had them replace my heat and A/C. From the beginning of the sales process all through installation I could not have asked for a more professional, reasonable, understanding company to work with. I highly recommend them and more importantly I trust them.

Mark and his team (Matthew, Mike and TJ) did an outstanding job with installing two new HVAC systems for my home. From start to finish they were there to respond to my questions, explain the different system options and cut through the noise from any of the competitors. I posted a request for a quote at 10pm at night, and I received an email from Mark within 15 mins. directing me to call his office in the morning and they would get right on it. That's when I knew I was dealing with the right company. I highly recommend Adjustable Services for any of your HVAC needs. They are responsive, professional, and their products and services are fairly priced.

No one gets five stars unless Jesus Christ was on site; that being said I was very satisfied with Adjustable Services' work. A co-worker of mine recommended them. Added a new return air duct, new condenser, new furnace in attic, UV light to reduce mold and stuff, new T-stat. Three man crew, took about 6 hours. He also came back to install new breaker. City inspection is this Friday.

We were without an air conditioner for over one month our warranty company was a sham the only good thing that came out of ThisWas the warranty company contacted adjustable services and I thank God that they did because Adjustable services literally came the next day and we decided to go with adjustable services and we got a beautiful new AC whole set up the workers are outstanding so very understanding And they are also very very caring I want to thank the staff and everybody connected to adjustable services I appreciate everything you did for us.

I was very satisfied with my service. Mark was kind, fair, helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

I used this company through an A/C claim on my 2-10 home warranty. The first time they came and charged my system with a leak sealer added. This only held for about a month. I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold so I placed another claim assigned to Adjustable Services. When I spoke to Helena she said they would be back in contact later in the day. Well, 5 days later I finally got them on the phone again and she said we have a service call in Waxhaw on Wednesday let me see if we can get there then. Called me back 4 hours later and said I am sorry we do not service Waxhaw any longer. Wait a minute, you were here 3 weeks ago. She says we just stopped servicing that area. Wait a minute, you already told me you have a call here in Waxhaw in 2 days. What about them? She says, I guess I will have to cancel on them as well. In the meantime, My second floor A/C in 90-100 degree weather has completely stopped working and my whole family is sleeping on couches downstairs for the time being. YAY! 4 star for first service and 0 stars for the horrible communication and confusion on the second call.

Adjustable Services installed both a new furnace and air conditioning unit the day after I contacted them for a quote. They gave me an honest opinion of what they believed was the best value and guided me through the process.
