Bill is AMAZING to work with! Wonderful customer service and I loved the home town feel he gave. It is so nice to be able to keep my money local. They were always on time and communicated well what to expect and when. They were very clean and very friendly. I highly recommend Air Velocity to anyone looking! We will definitely use them again for the future.

We were having issues with our heat pump not switching over and cooling down the house so I contacted Air Velocity. Bill and Shawn came out the next day to troubleshoot my existing system and we determined it’d be best to replace both units due to age and wear. Bill sent me some options that night and ordered the one we wanted the next day. When our new system came in, both Bill and Shawn removed the old units and got the new ones installed. They also replaced my inside thermostats and walked me through how to use the new system. They were both very professional and a pleasure to work with! I recommend this company to anyone in the area and will be using them for anything in the future.

My AC unit stopped working and the house was over 80 degrees inside. I called a "reputable" large company and was told I should replace the entire unit.
Cost was way outside my emergency budget ($10,000). I called Air Velocity to check prices and Bill offered to come check the unit just to make sure - my home is 7 yrs old and replacing the unit sounded premature. He replaced 3 capacitors and the units runs great.
Saves me over $9000!

Highly recommend Air Velocity! From beginning to end, Bill and crew were timely, thorough, conscientious and tidy. He came immediately and diagnosed our problem….a problem we had been dealing with for several years. While it’s a tough pill to swallow to hear you need a new system, Bill was empathetic and patient to educate us on the issues we were having and present our options. It has been a month since the new system has been up and running and I am so pleased to report that our energy bill has gone down by nearly $100 in one month! Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew! He’s our go to from now on!

I started out calling several companies in the morning trying to get our HVAC fixed and found, of the ones that answered, that they were booked up for days. I left messages for the others, Air Velocity was one of them. Bill called me within 30 minutes and was able to fit me in on the same day. This is Customer Service in my book. Hire these guys! I quoted my job out and Air Velocity was the most economical and were able to replace my unit quick! These guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me and make sure I was comfortable with the new system. I am very happy that I went with Air Velocity!!!

We hired Air Velocity HVAC from Washington State to install a new furnace in our home in Clayton. We appreciated his responsiveness and experience, as we were on the fence to either repair or replace. In the end we chose to replace per Bill's guidance. The transaction was smooth and Air Velocity did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent service, we would highly recommend.

AC wasn't running well, called up Air Velocity expecting it would be a few weeks before someone could make it out, but Bill was willing to have someone come next day to at least run a diagnostic and better understand what we needed.

Shawn came out and ran his diagnostic and spent the time to answer every question I had and encouraged me to keep asking them. He showed me everything he found and what he was doing. The only things he suggested and pushed for were things I was already aware of and was planning on having done. He pointed other things out but didn't try to sell me on those, he just wanted me to be aware of them, and he also clearly defined what I should expect from my AC system and how/why they calibrate it the way they do.

Most important, my AC has been perfectly since they serviced it.

All and all both Bill and Shawn showed an incredible level of trust and patience, and I look forward to working with them again should the need arise.
