I don't typically write reviews. This is because I expect good service when paying for a service. Typically, good service is what I receive. I'm writing this review because from the 1st time I met Bill and Shawn, they have provided me with exceptional service.

It didn't take long to find out the owner of this buisness(Bill) and it's employee (Shawn) really care about their customers and the work they perform. I had two new heat pumps installed and these guys were awesome!!

Bill did an excellent job replacing our two old HVAC units. He even discovered and remedied an error that had occurred when the original units were installed, and explained the entire process. I would highly recommend Air Velocity for any HVAC needs.

Wonderful experience! So many places just try to sell more and lose sight of the customer’s experience, but this was the total opposite and so positive. All repairs were explained clearly, there was no feeling of being forced towards any service or products all while still sharing possible needs for the future. Very prompt same day service. Called last minute before memorial day. They came right out and fixed my issues. Very nice guys, took their shoes off going in the house, were quick and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

HVAC goes out during unusally low Temps and winter weather. Guys were able to see us same day, negotiated a fair price on the unit, and we're always timely. As well as polite and professional. Even brought us extra heaters and fixed our heating strips so we could stay comfortable before the unit arrived. It is never fun replacing an hvac unit, but they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

We just moved to Clayton and knew we needed to get our HVAC system serviced/replaced. Bill Garcher of Air Velocity was recommended to us. Bill showed up when he said he would to assess the system. It needed to be replaced. That night he had provided me three estimates (good/better/best) for a replacement. He followed up the next day to make sure I saw them.
Scheduled the work on Friday for the following Monday. He and Shawn were here as promised and as scheduled. They were extremely professional and completed the job same day. As I'm new to the area, both Bill and Shawn went out of their way to answer my questions on local contractors and made several recommendations.
This personal touch is something I'm not used to (being from New York) and I find it very refreshing.
I would use Air Velocity again in a heartbeat (hope I don't have to), but would not even call anyone else if needed, and obviously would recommend them to anyone needing HJVAC work who appreciates the personal touch that both Bill and Shawn bring with them.
