I was extremely pleased with the effort and professionalism of Air Velocity when they replaced my HVAC and some duct work. It is obvious that customer service is the top priority with these guys and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, honest company to work with.

Shawn came out to assess a faulty system and had the problem diagnosed in no time. Unlike most home repair companies I've had in the past, Shawn never tried to upsell me. He gave me all my options, laid out the pros and cons of each option, and went above and beyond to hunt down a replacement motor that he could install that day (should I choose to go that route)

Instead, I decided to get a new system (mine was already 15 years old.) They loaned me a couple of window AC units to make sure I didn't bake while they got the parts in (this was in the peak summer heat). On top of that, they were ready to install the new system just a day later.

The install was great, they worked around my three large dogs, finished the job quickly and cleanly (no scuffs on the walls or any debris on the carpets). Given they fact that they have to lift the unit into the attic, I was extremely impressed.

If that wasn't enough, they're incredibly professional and friendly. All around top notch. Don't go anywhere else for your AC repair/replacement!

Just bought a new house and wanted to get the HVAC serviced. Bill was extremely responsive with his communication and flexible around my work schedule. I was given Bill's name from a neighbor who had a very good experience with him. Our upstairs A/C went out (18 years old) and unfortunately needed to be replaced. Bill and Shawn were quick to come out, assess the situation, give me instructions to see if the unit would possibly work, etc. The system needed to be replaced...I gave Bill the "go ahead" after he sent me the estimate on Friday and they were out on Monday morning! In addition to neat, clean and orderly, both men were friendly, answered my many questions, worked efficiently and the home was up and running by late afternoon! Additionally, they loaned us a window unit to get my wife by in her studio! I highly recommend Air Velocity for your A/C needs!

Wonderful experience. Bill and Shawn are fantastic. They are professional and experienced. They explain everything that will be done and give you a breakdown of costs. They had my system up and running in one day. I am very happy that I found them. It was great to deal with a small local business. You deal directly with the owner and they are the ones who will be at your home installing the system. They are now my go to HVAC team.

Highly recommend by a friend. I called and Bill was quick to respond. Fair prices and excellent service. Being just two guys, I respect the “small town” feel to their work. When the person who tells you the problem is actually the same person installing or fixing the issue. They also made the friendly gesture of providing some a/c widow units to help us maintain while they waited for the replacement unit to arrive.

Noticed issue with AC late one afternoon. Contacted Air Velocity and Bill immediately responded, was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Said he could have a tech out the next day. Shawn arrived within the timeframe stated to me. He was very courteous and asked questions and listened to my explanation of what had happened to my AC system. After diagnosing the issue, he explained which parts needed replacing even showing me pictures. Thankfully the main part needed was available and he returned later the same day and had my house cool again within 2 hours. Thanks Bill & Shawn for the prompt service and politeness.

I couldn’t have been happier with HVAC replacement installation by Velocity Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided a quick turn around with a quote, clearly explained all the options and had the new system installed in a day. I was impressed with their professionalism and their efficiency.
