The tech Randy Treadway did an excellent job installing the new garbage disposal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed his work in a timely manner. He was able to overcome an issue during the installation. I highly recommend Randy and will make sure I ask for him on my next project. Thank you, IRV, for the excellent customer service as well.

Hand's down best quality support service. Matthew knew exactly what was needed to fix my cooling issue and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also gave me important information on preventative maintenance. He showed up exactly when my appointment time was scheduled & finished within the time frame. I would definitely recommend him & IRV for all of their services they offer.

First off, total experience: I was without A/C for 7 days in this 90+ degree heat wave. It took them almost 3 days to even get here to diagnose it. Parts were needed and they needed my landlord’s approval to order parts and that took them over 2 days to even send it for his approval. When I called Customer Service, they offered no apologies, offered no sympathy whatsoever and offered no timeline on when they would actually get it sent. Once approved, the follow up appointment was scheduled for 2 days later, from 12pm-2pm. Nobody ever showed up so I called and they said the time was changed to 3pm-5pm. I’m taking off work to be here so you think they would at least be able to proactively communicate this to me. Again, no empathy at all and no apologies. The tech didn’t arrive until 6:45pm and then didn’t even have the parts to do the installation. I don’t know who’s fault that is but I don’t really care either. The tech told me he would be out first thing in the morning. I called and they told me that the Supervisor, Matthew would be coming first thing instead. He never showed. I called again and they told me the original tech from the previous day would be here between 11am-1pm. Why wouldn’t I be first in line instead of wherever he actually went? Why wouldn’t they call me and let me know the change in schedule? The service techs seem to be working hard out here and appear to actually care about their customers but there is a clear disconnect in communication between them and the Customer Service team, who, in general, are poor communicators and appear indifferent to customer problems. At the bare minimum, training is needed for the Customer Service team. Some of them probably need to be let go. Even though I liked the tech’s and service they provided, I cannot recommend the company due to the poor performance of their Customer Service team.

I am very pleased at how fast the service was from the first call to the completed repair today by Omar and Cedric. If I could give them a 10 I really would! The customer service representatives were very professional as well.Keep up with the good work!

Hristo is very professional. He communicated as to when he would be at our house by text and phone call. Prompt and efficient in solving our issues. Very helpful. KG showed up at appt on time, clean and professional looking. He expertly explained to me the situation problem I had called about. He was courteous and responsive to questions I had. He reported a cast iron sewage drain that appears to be on the verge of collapsing and should be replaced. I would highly recommend IRV Plumbing for any plumbing needs someone may have and KG receives high marks for the service and report made on existing and potential future problems.

My home warranty company secured IRV PLUMBING to replace an inoperative sink disposal unit. Each person I dealt with at IRV was pleasant, responsive and helpful. The plumber was on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the way IRV handled a few complications which arose from communication errors going from the warranty company, IRV and myself. They really were focused on ensuring that I, the customer, was satisfied with the outcome, which meant a great deal to me. It’ been several months now and I haven’t had any problems with the work. I would definitely use them again.

Tahleek fixed a leak in the tubing on our water heater. Here was very professional and kind. Completed the service quickly and properly. He confirmed with me the quality of his work before leaving. Absolutely would recommend.
