Technician came out did an excellent job. Great customer service!!! KG the technician was very professional.

Excellent experience working with IRV. The initial call was to determine the root cause. I than had to do some electrical work to eliminate blockers and than have IRV come back out. They did a flush and installed my WiFi meter and everything is working as expected.
I appreciated the confidence with their ability to fix the issue without feeling as if I was being upsold on things.
I also loved the customer support. Such a good job of communicating and remembering me when I called back. Very good experience there when others were very bad!!

My name is Merissa and I called IRV plumbing to assist with my toilet back up. The customer service called me and let me know once they were on the way and they actually arrived 30 minutes before time. Malik was my sedrvice rep and he was very Quick and effective. If you are not now using the services of IRV Plumbing and Electric, you are missing out, missing out on the work of professionals who provide prompt, excellent service, at reasonable rates, who stand by their work and who are a pleasure to have into your home. A perfect example is Matthew, who was recently in our home to make electrical repairs. A bit like having a good friend stop by to help out.

Most recently Matthew returned to do our HVAC maintenance. If you are enrolled in the service agreement IRV tracks maintenance, calls when it is due and then send someone to provide this service. This is so helpful because it is just one less thing to worry about...IRV does it for you and at no additional cost. IRV and Matthew get 5 stars. Our home is an Historic Landmark and IRV is who we trust for our plumbing, electrical and HVAC!
