Have used Roland Black for years. Jeremy was on time and very courteous. He helped replace my filters for me. I could not reach them, and I like the special especially.

Very knowledgeable and reasonable rates, and thorough, will use them for my future service needs.

Jordan and Brian were both a pleasure to work with. Jordan got me scheduled for same day service and I couldn’t have been happier with the customer experience from the rep, Brian, who was sent out to the house. Will be using them here on out for all of my hvac needs!

My hvac unit is a Trane and is 13 years old. It is a combo pac unit that runs AC on electricity and heat on gas. My tech Brian was very professional, kind and showed true compassion for my situation. He applied all discounts available to me and repaired my unit at a fair price. Other companies were quoting anywhere from $800 to $ 1700 more. No one wants to experience a high ticket repair to their home....but it happens. Use Roland Black for the the best service and price. Also very timely...no waiting on parts. Wendy
