Absolutely great service and great quality equipment. A huge THANK YOU to Isreal and his crew. You saved us this weekend. A hot water heater and HVAC emergency all in 48 hours and you guys did it!! Every other company said the next available date to come and look would be over a week!! I cannot thank you guys enough for all the hard work on no notice at all!

Israel made the experience easy. He made a fair and honest assessment without trying to inflate or take advantage. People make the difference. When he finished his work, I signed into a maintenance contract. And he will be putting my new system in when that time comes. For now, he thankfully bought me a little more time.

Israel and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. Air Carolinas Plus was the only HVAC company that came out the same day I inquired. He was the only business that educated us on zoning and how it would help our HVAC system. The two days that we waited to have our home serviced, Israel provided cooling units to help keep us and our home cool. No other company offered this for us. We appreciated how quickly he responded to our initial inquiry. Air Carolinas Plus also upgraded our original thermostat units to Nests. I don't think we could be more satisfied with the way Israel handled our situation. I highly recommend this business.

Israel was bright and early and so efficient. He explained work needed on dryer vent and answered a heating zone question I had. He was friendly and pleasant to work with.
