I began using Stone Services to service a 25 year old system. They were patient and listened to my assessment of the system and only did what I asked them to do. When we couldn't baby it any longer, they replaced the system and came back several times to make adjustments. They are prompt and the technicians are knowledgeable. I have no complaints and now have them servicing the new system.

I was extremely pleased with Stone Services. Their prices are reasonable and the men who came out to my house were very polite. I spoke to the owner of the company once before and he seemed very intelligent and eager to help. I will definitely be using this company again!

Had no heat the day before Thanksgiving!
Technician came that afternoon after driving long distance. Identified broken, worn part and replaced in 30 minutes. Heat fired up immediately. Thrilled with Stone Services.

Came out to service air conditioner. Repairman told us we needed Freon for the unit.. He continued to talk about well this might need doing and that might need repair. Was going to call us when back to office about our warranty seeing it's only 6 years old. Never heard from him and he also said the units last about 6 years... Never heard that before.. Gave us a bill for 525.00 for one hour of service.... Not a good experience.
