Stone Services provides both excellent customer service and quality work. When it came time to replace our HVAC system they listened to our needs and concerns. They offer various options within a customer's budget. They are responsive, punctual and reliable. They understand your time is important. Stone Services installed a heating and air unit for us and we are very pleased with the installation and unit. We are confident with the choice we made and would highly recommend them.

The folks at Stone are terrific--responsive, responsible and get things done on time. We had our air conditioner repaired and a new furnace installed in the space of 2 months, and Cody and Tyler were prompt, polite and professional. They lent us space heaters to keep the house warm for a few days while we waited for the furnace to be delivered. Likewise for Rick in the office. I was amazed that they were able to get us a new furnace quickly in the COVID Era.

We had a fantastic experience with Stone Services! They replaced our AC compressor in June 2021. Initially a different HVAC company came out to diagnose the issue. When the other company told us that we would need a new compressor, they said that the part would have to be ordered, that it would take "a few weeks," and that they couldn't give us an estimate on how long we'd be waiting. Considering this was late May and our house was upwards of 90 degrees every day.... waiting was not much of an option, so I started calling around for other quotes. When I called Stone, they picked up right away and were so kind and helpful. They got me a quote back immediately, and were able to get the part in and the repair scheduled in less than a week from my first call. Not only that, they went above and beyond and brought us two portable AC units the day that I called them, so that we could at least be comfortable while we waited for the repair to be completed. The repair technician was very professional and informative, and we're very happy with the quality of the repair. I wish I could give Stone Services more than five stars. We will definitely be using them again for all of our HVAC needs!

I took a chance on Stone Services because I needed a quick repair to my AC and they were the first link I came across! I was immediately impressed. Rick in the office scheduled a same day appointment with me and took the time to make sure he had all my information correct before we hung up. Heath showed up on time and quickly identified and explained the problem. The unit had to thaw out before he could work on it, but he basically built his afternoon around this job so that he could be sure to finish it same day. Total professionals all around - even their invoices are easy to read and full of all the key details of the job! I recommend Stone Services very highly and look forward to working with them again.

I hate the heat, and I have total confidence in Stone Services to keep me comfortable. Their regular maintenance program insures that I stay out of trouble -- very thorough and always on time with intelligent technicians who are well-spoken, considerate and trustworthy. On bigger projects, Stone has always provided a comprehensive analysis and a user-friendly discussion of all my options. Sometimes it makes sense to shop for the lowest price around, but not when it comes to NC heat and humidity. I want peace of mind, and Stone Services always delivers it.

Stone Services has taken care of my go-to HVAC and heating system needs for several years with routine maintenance and all-round prompt and courteous service. Stone Services is a terrific local HVAC company. We have been using them for the past 10 years for equipment replacement, installation and regular maintenance. It’s hard to find honest working companies. But I was blessed to find them. I give the office 5 stars. I also give the tech Tyler 5 stars he was concerned about me. He came out at night. And then back the next morning early He left after it was all fixed. Hallelujah thank God and thank this family owed business.
