I wish I could give Stone Services ten stars!!! My 32 year old heat pump finally died. Tyler and Cody were here on time and came prepared for the rainy day by pitching their own shelter. They came equipped with everything they needed to complete the job, and did so in an expeditious manner. Both Tyler and Cody were very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. It was a pleasure working with Stone Services to have our A/C repaired and replaced. They are professional, and provided a short term fix so that we would be comfortable until the AC could be replaced. They arrived on time to replace the AC and did a thorough job. They also reach out to the city to arrange inspection etc. Would use them again!

What an awesome experience! I called at the end of the workday and Rick promised to have someone here within the hour. Tyler showed up and I’ve never had a more competent and capable person on the job. He knew exactly what he was doing, answered every question instantly, thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Tyler came out the day after Christmas, a day he was supposed to have off work, to fix our heating. With a baby, it’s never easy to lose heat but especially on the coldest days of the year. We can’t express our gratitude enough. He explained the problem to us fully and went into the attic and crawl space multiple times to fully diagnose the situation, be sure we didn’t have any leaking pipes, and explain everything to us. This is a company that really cares. The only one willing to come to us so urgently after the holiday (and we called several). We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we highly recommend them.

We have been customers of Stone Services for a number of years, and I would confidently recommend them. We have used them for our systems' regular maintenance, for an emergency call out when our heat wasn't working and for installing new systems in our home. When there has been an issue with our equipment, I felt like the problem was fully explained and that my questions were always answered. When we were exploring getting new systems, they fully went over all of our options so we felt like we were making good, well-informed decisions. Everyone at the company with whom I've interacted has been knowledgeable, friendly, professional and pleasure to work with.

Our Unit had shutdown recently and we called 72degrees to come out b/c their stickers were on the unit. After waiting 48hrs for our appointment and paying $90 for diagnostics, we were still left with no A/C and told that they would have to order a new board and transformer and would be about a week for an additional $800. In a attempt to find someone else with the parts handy, we got a recommendation from some friends who stated how awesome this company is. Not only did they have the parts handy, Tyler Stone did another evaluation of the system and discover that the UV light was burnt out and causing the system to short. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BOARD OR TRANSFORMER. Not only did Tyler save me a lot of money, but had our home cool in just 30 minutes!!!
We immediately signed up with their care package and will be using them for life!
