A tenant had an issue with the ac so I contacted them. Once they made it to the property they told me it needed a new thermostat. It would cost $250. They said they would be out later that day or the following morning. After they did not show up the next day I contacted them but I didn't get a response for almost a week. When they finally got back to me they told me it would now cost $1000 to repair my system. Without ever coming back out my estimate quadrupled! This whole situation caused a delay in getting the tenants ac fixed and she actually complained to the city. This was the worst experience ever with an HVAC company!

AC unit was not cooling at our Cary home. The office staff was wonderful to get the technician (Catlin) scheduled that morning - and he arrived right on schedule. Husband had done some trouble-shooting and the technician/owner (Catlin) confirmed we needed coolant (took time to explain all he had done to husband via phone).
